Driver was great Our driver was on time, dependable, courteous and a good navigator. We felt safe and comfortable the entire four hours. He knew where he was going without ever having to ask me anything. Limo was also clean and fully stocked. It was a great experience.

You can absolutely trust Sam's… You can absolutely trust Sam's Limousine to do exactly what they say they will do. Exceptional customer service during the decision making process, clearly answered all question and explained procedures. Driver arrived 20 minutes early and was beyond courteous with exceptional personality. We gave him the addresses and he did a perfect job of finding the best way to get there with the least amount of traffic. We had a blast at my birthday party and Sam's Limousine facilitated it without a hitch. Everyone of my 18 family and friends commented that it was definitely the safe way to travel. Top notch service 1-25-2020 Wedding Top notch service. Very accommodating extremely professional. I have used them in the past and just like then the service we just receive is exceptional. We used 2 charter buses and one party bus to move 200 plus people from the hotel to the church and back to the hotel for the reception. They were on time with excellent driving skills. Pricing was very reasonable. I give them a 10 star rating because five star is just not enough

Terrible Driver The bus was absolutely amazing but the driver made the experience very unfortunate. He was unprofessional and rude- 15 minutes late and I had to call to see where he was. Did not know how to work his own GPS to get us to the desired locations and did not help with setting up Bluetooth music. At the end of the night, he was extremely rude and complained that the tip he received was not enough.

We rented a big bus to ship folks back… We rented a big bus to ship folks back from our wedding. They were timely and professional, but not being able to control the music was a HUGE BUMMER! We were stuck listening to the radio and scanning between stations to avoid commericals. Highly suggest you to bring and aux cord or call ahead to make sure this doesn't happen to crash your party. Yes we didn't rent a party bus but its 2020, we should be able to have some technology to control the tunes from the passenger seat.
