Terrible Driver The bus was absolutely amazing but the driver made the experience very unfortunate. He was unprofessional and rude- 15 minutes late and I had to call to see where he was. Did not know how to work his own GPS to get us to the desired locations and did not help with setting up Bluetooth music. At the end of the night, he was extremely rude and complained that the tip he received was not enough.

Sam's Limousine was amazing!! The booking process was easy. They provided continual communications with us prior to the event. The driver assured me he would take care of the party and he did just that. It was nice to hear that this party was one of his best but it was nicer to know that he provided such professional service. We would not only recommend them in the future but we will definitely use them again in the future.

Family Reunion Drivers The drivers were very attentive, respectful, and easy to communicate with. Both drivers were timely at ALL times and knew exactly where they were going. They were pleasant and greeted us with a smile every time we approached the bus to unload and reload Both met every expectation and I would ask that they drive us again in the future. We rented a big bus to ship folks back… We rented a big bus to ship folks back from our wedding. They were timely and professional, but not being able to control the music was a HUGE BUMMER! We were stuck listening to the radio and scanning between stations to avoid commericals. Highly suggest you to bring and aux cord or call ahead to make sure this doesn't happen to crash your party. Yes we didn't rent a party bus but its 2020, we should be able to have some technology to control the tunes from the passenger seat.

Our driver James Chatman was so… Our driver James Chatman was so wonderful and made our special evening very lovely. All customer service aspects were excellent. The limo bus shocks were a little bit bumpy but probably because the streets of Houston are so bad! I would recommend Sam's for limo service.
