Inexperienced Driver We had a different driver than who we were informed of about beforehand. In addition, the driver did not know how to operate the bus correctly. The driver did not know how to turn down or off the air level and/or temperature. So, the bus was blasting strong and cold air. It was FREEZING. In addition, the driver was very unprepared and did not know the directions to our wedding venue. This made us run very late and behind our schedule. We were getting married so that made it really bad. One of our own groomsmen had to sacrifice his party bus fun-time to navigate the bus driver from our own cell phones to get there. The good part was that the driver was punctual. That’s the main part.

I was very disappointed with my… I was very disappointed with my service. The air conditioning didn’t work, going from cool to very hot every few minutes. We were all sweating the entire time and it was a hot Houston summer day so it’s as miserable. I finally called and they switch our bus for the last 15 minutes (our ride home). Our driver was nice but didn’t know how to work the blue tooth for music or try and fix or call about the air. We also had the wrong size bus. I ordered the 22 passenger but and they sent the 18 passenger bus. I have called two times to discuss my experience and no one has returned my call. I have used many different services in the past but my daughter found this bus online and wanted to try Sams. I will never use Sams Limo again and will never recommend them to a friend.

Sam's Limo did an excellent job for my daughter's winter formal group Sam's Limo did an excellent job for my daughter's winter formal event. The driver (I can't remember his name) was so professional and on top of every detail. He arrived on time for the pickup and even helped remind us that we would be late for our dinner reservations if we did not leave soon. The stretch Escalade was clean and everything worked. Ben was very efficient at booking and following up with me before the event. Everything was as promised and the driver great service made it even better. I would definitely recommend Sam's Limo service.

This was a great surprise gift... This was a great surprise gift my parents gave my sister for her Sweet 16 party. Hadn’t received photos of the mode of transportation and don’t know what to expect, but what we received was something beyond our expectations. Supper happy we decided to go with this company for transportation and the driver was amazing. Thanks Wendy.

Family Reunion Drivers The drivers were very attentive, respectful, and easy to communicate with. Both drivers were timely at ALL times and knew exactly where they were going. They were pleasant and greeted us with a smile every time we approached the bus to unload and reload Both met every expectation and I would ask that they drive us again in the future.
