Bus was easy to order and the drivers… Bus was easy to order and the drivers arrived on time. However, our order was for a school trip, and the bus we got on the way there was smaller than expected and did not have a luggage hold. We did get a better bus on the way back, but it made for a very challenging (and cramped) journey there.

I was very disappointed with my… I was very disappointed with my service. The air conditioning didn’t work, going from cool to very hot every few minutes. We were all sweating the entire time and it was a hot Houston summer day so it’s as miserable. I finally called and they switch our bus for the last 15 minutes (our ride home). Our driver was nice but didn’t know how to work the blue tooth for music or try and fix or call about the air. We also had the wrong size bus. I ordered the 22 passenger but and they sent the 18 passenger bus. I have called two times to discuss my experience and no one has returned my call. I have used many different services in the past but my daughter found this bus online and wanted to try Sams. I will never use Sams Limo again and will never recommend them to a friend.

Sam's Limousine took care of the… Sam's Limousine took care of the transportation needs for our daughter's wedding. We communicated frequently by phone and email and every employee that we interacted with was courteous and accommodating. They answered every question and concern and took care of some last minute changes without complaint. We rented the Party Bus for 26 people and a limousine for the bride and groom at the end of the night. I called dispatch the day before the wedding and received the name and cell number for both drivers for the night. They were on time, well dressed, friendly and even helped load some of our things. I would definitely recommend Sam's Limousine for your next big event and I would definitely use them again. Sheila

Sam's Limo did an excellent job for my daughter's winter formal group Sam's Limo did an excellent job for my daughter's winter formal event. The driver (I can't remember his name) was so professional and on top of every detail. He arrived on time for the pickup and even helped remind us that we would be late for our dinner reservations if we did not leave soon. The stretch Escalade was clean and everything worked. Ben was very efficient at booking and following up with me before the event. Everything was as promised and the driver great service made it even better. I would definitely recommend Sam's Limo service.

Exceptional customer service during the decision making process, clearly answered all question and explained procedures. Driver arrived 20 minutes early and was beyond courteous with exceptional personality. We gave him the addresses and he did a perfect job of finding the best way to get there with the least amount of traffic. We had a blast at my birthday party and Sam's Limousine facilitated it without a hitch. Everyone of my 18 family and friends commented that it was definitely the safe way to travel.
