BUYER BEWARE Not sure where all these good reviews are coming from but this company is a complete scam. Look at BBB instead they are much more accurate. This “company” scammed me into purchasing their extended warranty, and when push came to shove and it was time for me to file a claim- they basically told me they wouldn’t cover the repairs due to their inspector stating the damages were “pre existing”. Even when I have a car fax mentioning nothing wrong with the it. How the heck do you know if something is pre existing or not? If that’s the case can you also tell when the damage occurred? There’s a bunch of fine print these guys purposely avoid explaining to you upon purchasing. Furthermore, when I attempt to get refund they send over an NDA basically stipulating that you can not talk about the company after cancellation and can’t request a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

Shawn was great to work with Shawn was great to work with. He was talking to me but more so answering my husband's questions. He had every answer right away. And he didn't act as if any question was silly. He was prompt with return calls, even when my phone kept putting them to spam. He is a good guy!
