BUYER BEWARE Not sure where all these good reviews are coming from but this company is a complete scam. Look at BBB instead they are much more accurate. This “company” scammed me into purchasing their extended warranty, and when push came to shove and it was time for me to file a claim- they basically told me they wouldn’t cover the repairs due to their inspector stating the damages were “pre existing”. Even when I have a car fax mentioning nothing wrong with the it. How the heck do you know if something is pre existing or not? If that’s the case can you also tell when the damage occurred? There’s a bunch of fine print these guys purposely avoid explaining to you upon purchasing. Furthermore, when I attempt to get refund they send over an NDA basically stipulating that you can not talk about the company after cancellation and can’t request a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

SCAM ALERT!! SCAM ALERT!!! I purchased this 4yr/60k mile extended warranty for my car for $3000. The one time I actually needed to make a claim they made excuses after excuses and ended up not covering anything. I spent 3 month going back and fourth with them. I even resourced their business address which was a fraud also. I highly recommend not to get involved with this company what so ever. If I could give them a 0 star instead of 1 I would.

Shaun Michaels, the representative I dealt with, never dropped the ball once. No matter how trivial or repetitive the questions may have been, he took the time to make sure I understood the answers. By the time I got done talking with him, I felt like I was sitting down with a family member and was a lot better informed than when we started. As far as value, I shopped around quite a bit and the elite plus program I went with is a competitive and good price, hopefully when I need service they can hold up as good as the rest of the process has gone.
