From the start Zach was a phenomenal representative and answered all my questions and concerns. I just brought my vehicle into service and Mr. Harper was attentive throughout the whole process. SCAM SCAM! I purchased a plan on 5/18/20 and canceled it on 11/24/20 as of 6/8/21 and at least 7 attempts they will not refund me what they owe. Every time I call they tell me they are issuing the refund and it never comes. Unfortunately I did not do my homework well enough before this purchase, if you look on Yelp or any other reputable site they only have 1 star/ very bad reviews. I hope this review will help someone not get scammed!
