And he didn't act as if any question was silly. He was prompt with return calls, even when my phone kept putting them to spam. He is a good guy!

SCAM ALERT!! SCAM ALERT!!! I purchased this 4yr/60k mile extended warranty for my car for $3000. The one time I actually needed to make a claim they made excuses after excuses and ended up not covering anything. I spent 3 month going back and fourth with them. I even resourced their business address which was a fraud also. I highly recommend not to get involved with this company what so ever. If I could give them a 0 star instead of 1 I would.
