I have no doubt my decision for coverage by this company gives me the best bang for my buck. By choosing the plan best suited for my situation, I am covered completely on my Toyota Avalon Hybrid. Don't fall for these scammers Don't fall for these scammers. I'm a living proof of that. This company or whatever they call it is a pyramid scheme. They'll take your money then leave you hanging when you need them the most. Joshua is one of them. BUYER BEWARE Not sure where all these good reviews are coming from but this company is a complete scam. Look at BBB instead they are much more accurate. This “company” scammed me into purchasing their extended warranty, and when push came to shove and it was time for me to file a claim- they basically told me they wouldn’t cover the repairs due to their inspector stating the damages were “pre existing”. Even when I have a car fax mentioning nothing wrong with the it. How the heck do you know if something is pre existing or not? If that’s the case can you also tell when the damage occurred? There’s a bunch of fine print these guys purposely avoid explaining to you upon purchasing. Furthermore, when I attempt to get refund they send over an NDA basically stipulating that you can not talk about the company after cancellation and can’t request a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

Shaun has been great Shaun has been great! He answered every question i had in detail . It was my first time getting extended warranty. I truly think i got a amazing deal on coverage that other places wouldn’t provide . he made me feel truly comfortable in getting coverage that same day within about a hour of talking to him . I’m also going through a rough patch currently and he’s very flexible and understanding to my situation with any judgment on if i needed to leave or was gonna be late on payment . So thank you again !
