He is quick to response to my requests and goes beyond the call of duty to make sure I am happy with the service provided. He has gone to bat for me when I needed my policy transferred to a new car and worked with upper management to make it happen. I truly think i got a amazing deal on coverage that other places wouldn’t provide . he made me feel truly comfortable in getting coverage that same day within about a hour of talking to him . I’m also going through a rough patch currently and he’s very flexible and understanding to my situation with any judgment on if i needed to leave or was gonna be late on payment . BUYER BEWARE Not sure where all these good reviews are coming from but this company is a complete scam. Look at BBB instead they are much more accurate. This “company” scammed me into purchasing their extended warranty, and when push came to shove and it was time for me to file a claim- they basically told me they wouldn’t cover the repairs due to their inspector stating the damages were “pre existing”. Even when I have a car fax mentioning nothing wrong with the it. How the heck do you know if something is pre existing or not? If that’s the case can you also tell when the damage occurred? There’s a bunch of fine print these guys purposely avoid explaining to you upon purchasing. Furthermore, when I attempt to get refund they send over an NDA basically stipulating that you can not talk about the company after cancellation and can’t request a refund. BUYER BEWARE!
