SCAM ALERT!! SCAM ALERT!!! I purchased this 4yr/60k mile extended warranty for my car for $3000. The one time I actually needed to make a claim they made excuses after excuses and ended up not covering anything. I spent 3 month going back and fourth with them. I even resourced their business address which was a fraud also. I highly recommend not to get involved with this company what so ever. If I could give them a 0 star instead of 1 I would.

Great First Experience I joined IDeal in January as a customer to cover my 2002 Porsche. Both Brittany and Shaun were extremely helpful in getting me onboard, explaining all their time patiently. My first opportunity to use their service came up last week. The shop completed the work and IDeal covered everything they stated in their contract and paid the shop for their services.
