100% this is a SCAM 100% this is a SCAM. They took my money for months and refused my claim when it came time to pay up. They seemed sketchy from the start due to bad reviews and other claims of fraud! I found out the hard way how deceptive and useless they are.

Thank you Empire From the beginning to the end, Empire was there every step of the way. I broke down on the side of the road, called Empire got my car towed and fixed for my leaking water pump. Gd bless you Empire

Refund Request Solved EDIT: Empire kept their word and refunded my payment. I appreciate their prompt response to this matter. First, I don't think the company is a fraud; I just don't think they have the best business practices, so if you deal with them, there is a higher risk than with other companies. I purchased a protection plan on 4/1/2024 and called to cancel that day. They were already closed when I tried to cancel on 4/1/2024, so I called the following day, canceled the policy, and was told to expect my refund in 5-7 business days. As of 4/22/2024, I still haven't received anything. I have called and emailed, and although they're nice enough, I'm not getting my money. I strongly feel they're just brushing me off. If it's this hard to get a refund when you didn't keep the policy for 24 hours, I wouldn't want to risk filing a claim with them. You'll have to chase them down for that, too.

Just want to say thank you Just want to say thank you. I've only had my coverage for 3 months and I had a mechanical issue.I had my car towed (which was covered) to my mechanic's shop,after my mechanic took a look it was determined it was a blown head gasket. After sending some maintenance records as requested ALLwas covered I can't thank you enough,I already told 2 friends to call.
