Disheartening Experience with EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT My encounter with EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT has been nothing short of A NIGHTMARE!! It feels like they're simply enjoying the show between myself and their claim company DEALER LOYALTY PROTECT having sold me what turned out to be a FAKE warranty through one of their salespersons. The lack of transparency and authenticity in their dealings is disconcerting. I caution others to approach their services with skepticism and thoroughly verify any warranty claims before engaging with Empire Auto Protect. Date of experience: January 25, 2024

Highly fraudulent stay away Highly fraudulent. I signed up in February. Stated we have 30 days to get a full refund. I called multiple times and even texted a guy named Erik or Jay. He will lie about his name. Never received a refund until the 30th day which they charged me again under a different company billing name called WALCO. Only after I called AGAIN I finally got the initial refund. But guess what I never got refunded the second charge made a month later under WALCO. I then get charged AGAIN in April. When calling to speak with Erik he lied and said his name was Jay like a coward. Then tried making up a whole story as to why it wasn’t cancelled. Then threatened me to not refund me because I left them a 1 star review. I have this call recorded on my phone. “You’ll have to fight for your money I’m not helping you out.” Childish business tactics. The best part is when I initially called back in February to cancel his exact words were “it’s only $137 if you want to cancel go ahead and cancel we aren’t concern about it.” Apparently they are. Stay far away from this company.

I deal with Eric and he’s awesome I deal with Eric and he’s awesome. Always on top of everything, and doesn’t stop until the whole thing gets resolved. Very easy to talk to and understanding as well. Have multiple cars covered with them and it’s always been a pleasant result.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! If you have a non basic car/truck parts will not be covered. Both claims I am were denied because they did want to pay for the parts my Chevy Tahoe needed. If you buy this auto protection you will be upset. They say I didn’t reach 1000 miles. When in fact I did. Also tried getting my suspension cover and they don’t cover that
