USRefund Request Solved EDIT: Empire kept their word and refunded my payment. I appreciate their prompt response to this matter. First, I don't think the company is a fraud; I just don't think they have the best business practices, so if you deal with them, there is a higher risk than with other companies. I purchased a protection plan on 4/1/2024 and called to cancel that day. They were already closed when I tried to cancel on 4/1/2024, so I called the following day, canceled the policy, and was told to expect my refund in 5-7 business days. As of 4/22/2024, I still haven't received anything. I have called and emailed, and although they're nice enough, I'm not getting my money. I strongly feel they're just brushing me off. If it's this hard to get a refund when you didn't keep the policy for 24 hours, I wouldn't want to risk filing a claim with them. You'll have to chase them down for that, too.

USSuper Fast and Easy Claims Process My first claim arose about 2 months after purchasing my policy. The claims team was more on top of it and responsive than the repair shop. The claim was approved in minutes and the dealer told me it was the easiest claim he had ever processed through a third party company.
