This problem was taken care of by being offered a newer van at a better deal than the original van that we were looking at obtaining. Our salesperson (Peter) and the Company president really stepped up and made the deal right for us.

Marty Walterhouse promised we wouldn't be disappointed with their product. He always returned our calls and addressed our concerns. And when the van couldn't be delivered by the time we had a special weekend trip, he made sure we had a rental. Kudos to Rollx Vans.

GBI will recommend Rollx vans over ANY… I will recommend Rollx vans over ANY conversion company. Unsurpassable customer service from the initial estimate to final delivery date where I was made to feel like a queen because my photo was featured on their Facebook page!!! My van was unfortunately in a collision a few days after I received it to no fault of my own. There was Rollx working right beside me to untangle my situation. Thinking of a conversion? GBMore than I expected, pleasently surprised. Well built handicap conversion van. Love the operation of the unit. I was treated good by any of the staff / team during the process of my van rolling through the conversion process. Answered my questions in a timely manor. Being my 1st handicap van I was pleasantly surprised at how well the van drives and the lower noise level inside the van. Now I just need to get used to it.

GBQuality Product - Quality Company I have bought 2 used full size vans from Rollx and I trust when you purchase from them you are getting a quality product they will stand behind. I lowered my score to 3 because on our second purchase in early July on our second use after delivery the auto doors quit working. We had to disengage the auto doors and bungee them shut. To be clear they have a 30 day warranty and they paid the full $600 repair bill. I am just a little baffled why the unit wasn't better inspected prior to delivery. This inconvenience while covered financially caused us to be without the van for 4 days while in for repair. Overall a very good company and I would recommend them.
