GBI received a 2017 Honda van that I was … I received a 2017 Honda van that I was not able to use, couldn't transfer to the passenger seat or use the tri-peg spinner to drive it. And I am still dealing with other issues with this van since I received it three weeks ago.

GBI Purchased a rollex Van online From… I Purchased a rollex Van online From accross the country , Paid a delivery fee to get it here, because I was told that if I need service on the Van that they would send someone out to take care of the issue. That is what made the sale . Now one year in I have a problem with the van , and I am told "Not our problem, see a dodge dealer '' Of course I am in a wheel chair and I cannot get a ride back home unless my wife throws me in the back seat (really not feasible) I would have been better off going to my local : Moblity Works Vans they will come out and get your van and get it repaired then bring it back to you . ROLLX Van Will tell you "Not Our Problem"

GBThe sales person was very helpful until… The sales person was very helpful until he received the deposit then I never heard from him until delivery. The financial department was very helpful. I would recommend Rollx Van's to anyone looking for a adaptive vehicle.

GBThere were just a couple of things that… There were just a couple of things that could be improved upon: we bought a three year old used van and when it was brought home the van had not been cleaned very well. Spots on carpet, dirt on arm rests, small crumbs in hidden spots, just not detailed. The other small detail was that between the sale and the finished product and pick up date there was very little communication letting us know the progress. We love our van and everyone we worked with was very pleasant and helpful.
