Real World Review 1. The packaging was some of the best i have seen hands down. A+ 2. The shipping was done in a timely fashion after I made the purchase. A+ 3. I ordered the pro tonneau for 2023 ram 1500. The left/driver side rectangular bar that sits flush on the bed that holds the cover in place by the cab was bent pretty bad. The box didn't have any exterior damage at all. I was able to fix it by bending it back in place with a big adjustable wrench. B+ 4. I did the install myself, I suggest watching the video and using the instructions book. It's straightforward but using both of them together really helps with clarity and understanding the install. B+ 5. Over all my experience was good and I definitely would recommend and purchase from them again. A+

No communication notifying me of issues. Wow what can I say. I bought a tonneau cover for my 22 Ford Maverick company car. I actually went against everybody's recommendations and went with truck2go. The website says usually ships in two to three days in stock. The next day I got a shipping number (tracking) but then nothing happened. I waited several days made a couple of phone calls and still no information at all. I then sent an email and I got a response that says we're sorry your item is on backorder and we will ship it next week. At this point we will be going on two weeks since I purchased my item with no information or emails from the company. I am completely dissatisfied but of course they can send me a coupon after for $75 off my next order if I order within a couple of days, how ironic. Two other divisions purchased for tonneau covers from another reseller and receive them within 3 days and they are in business with their truck on the road. Due to this lack of communication and my bad decision and purchasing from truck to go our company car sits unable to be put into the field while waiting for any information from truck2go. I guess I will wait to see when I receive my tonneau cover and readjust my review if necessary.

Fast shipping and the product works… Fast shipping and the product works great. Cost a lot less than another brand name with no issues so far. Would definitely recommend you getting their products.

Lied About Stock Website indicated 5+ in stock, then I called via phone to confirm they physically had them--"yes, they are in stock." The following day I received this: Hello, Thank you for shopping with us. We were told by our suppliers that the item you purchased is actually out of stock . THe ETA for restock and ship out is Dec 8th, which is in two weeks. Are you okei with us putting your order into our backorders ? Thank you ! Best regards,

Design is flawed and instructions a terrible. The instructions are terrible and the QR code link to an installation video only shows step 1 and I could not find any videos for the remaining steps. With some minor design changes the cover should seal okay but without modifications it leaves a 3/8” gap at the tailgate. Also the roll cover does not center between the side rails. It either sets a little to the left or a little to the right.
