Ordered a Roof rack for my 2023 Tesla… Ordered a Roof rack for my 2023 Tesla Model Y long range and it doesn’t fit correctly plus the finish on this product is very poor. I didn’t want to completely go cheap and order the $140 one on Amazon or pay $500 for the Tesla one. So I thought this was a good middle ground at $300 plus the reviews on the tesary.com site for this product were really good. Here’s what I think: 1. this rack I received is the same cheap $140 amazon rack that they resell for $300 2. The reviews on their site are either fake or they don’t list the bad reviews because it’s on their site not a 3rd party like Google or Yelp I’ve reached out to them and they don’t respond to emails. I’ve talk to someone on messages but they keep spinning me in a circle. ALSO there default response to bad reviews on this site is “we don’t have record of your purchase” so here my order is TESERY27731EN so it’s a real order.

This company is horrible This company is horrible. The product I ordered said that it would fit my 2024 Model 3, but it didn't. Also, the part was cheaply made and deformed. They lack customer service and integrity, and I'm fighting with them to get my full refund.
