When another car renting agency refused… When another car renting agency refused to return my calls and emails I turned to the tried and true. Drivo. For the past two years I've only rented from them at Laguardia and Newark. I've been greeted enthusiastically and assured that my needs would be met. My last rental my plane was late but Shaun at Newark was able to not only to get me a car but an upgrade as well. He remembered to credit my 10% discount and helped load luggage. He also gave a warm welcome on my return. Great customer service.

Drivo for the win! My family and I were very happy with the fast and accomodating service that Drivo provided us for our trip to Maine. Mo the agent that helped us was very professional and efficient and helped us navigate the process. We recommend Drivo to anyone that is looking for a car rental service.

Worse rental car company in the US Worse rental car company in the US, used many different companies never had a problem, they lie to you in order to make you purchase insurance. When you arrive to pick up the car they make it almost imposible to take the car without paying for insurance 6 days to here back from a manager after several phone calls. Some of their vehicles are old and not well mantained, never renting a car with Drivo,Ace,Fox they are the same company.

Drivo 1st time use The initial wait for the shuttle was over an hour. However, the agent provided an upgraded vehicle as well as expressed his sincere apologies. The customer service from there was open and explicit of all charges with no surprise costs. The vehicle was clean, modern and very fuel efficient. Overall good experience except for the shuttle pick up.

it's been 16 days and you haven't sent… it's been 16 days and you haven't sent me the deposit why??? hello I didn't get back the deposit of 500 dollars please send me the invoices I paid everything I had bridges and tunnels but I don't see the deposit in my account!
