Directions to the car rental company were precise. The shuttle from the airport to the rental company was on time and it was a short drive. The check-in process was quick. 15 minutes and we were on our way. The car was clean and spacious.

Drivo 1st time use The initial wait for the shuttle was over an hour. However, the agent provided an upgraded vehicle as well as expressed his sincere apologies. The customer service from there was open and explicit of all charges with no surprise costs. The vehicle was clean, modern and very fuel efficient. Overall good experience except for the shuttle pick up.
