Directions to the car rental company were precise. The shuttle from the airport to the rental company was on time and it was a short drive. The check-in process was quick. 15 minutes and we were on our way. The car was clean and spacious.

Insurance Fraud I rented a car from their LGA location and drove it for 3 days. When you pick up the vehicle they will take pictures indoors under poor incandescent lighting. A week after I returned the car, I received an insurance claim for damages. The pictures they supplied, also taken under that same lighting, showed nothing obvious. I referred the claim to my insurance company and they rejected the claim as attempted fraud. They also tried to overcharge my credit card and were again rejected by my bank.
