GBit's been 16 days and you haven't sent… it's been 16 days and you haven't sent me the deposit why??? hello I didn't get back the deposit of 500 dollars please send me the invoices I paid everything I had bridges and tunnels but I don't see the deposit in my account!

CABrakes were awful and poor customer service Unfortunately Drivo or ACE fits the saying: you get what you pay for! Lesson learned from me. 1) the place is external to EWR so takes longer to get there from P4 a shuttle is needed. Don’t go to Terminal A where most other rental are 2) customer service is lower than average, they don’t even have a restroom in that facility 3) the car I got while it drove fine the brakes (rotors) needed fixing, every time I hit the brakes steering wheel was shaking! Due to timing I could not go back and get another car. So buyer beware.

GBBe careful of these guys Be careful of these guys! They can promise you to charge one amount per day for extra zone before you take a car and finally charge much more! I told them about this they said don’t worry, we’ll fix it and they didn’t! I spent more time to come there and try to fix the problem and they said that’s correct! They didn’t give me paper evidence of our agreement! Newer recommend!!!

GBThis is the worst car rental agency ever! When we arrived at Drivo, 408 Carnegie Ave., Newark, NJ from Newark airport, we had to take your shuttle bus. I had to wait 30 minutes for the bus then I had to stand in line for 45 minutes because the person in front of me was arguing with your employee about quoting him one price and changing it when he got there. I had registered online, had my paperwork in front of me and was about to him my license and credit card. I showed him my license and he said I was too old to rent a car. I asked if they would take me to another car rental place, but they said they would only take us back to the airport. the shuttle driver dropped us at the airport in the pouring rain and we were able to rent a car at a reputable car rental agency that had no age limit, you just had to have a legal license. When I got to my destination, I discovered right on their website the age limit was 80 and my husband is only 77. Therefore this would be considered age discrimination. We will never rent a car from them again and nobody else should either! I'm thinking of suing them.
