GBGot to say Got to say, shipping from store to me was quick & appreciated but the wait time of shipping from warehouse to store was a joke. 1&1/2 weeks from order to home delivery, 3 calls in between to find out where part was? Appreciate the part but no more buisness from me,

ITGreat team One of the two places on this earth that I trust to do my repair/maintenance work when I just can't find the time to do it myself. The other place is my garage. I also have used them for everything from apparel to impossible to find parts for my Harleys going on a few years now. They've always done right by me on any minor confusions, even when it was mine, and have excellent knowledgeable staff to pick up the horn and understands customer service. I recommend them emphatically.

GBVery expensive shipping Glad to find this dash panel insert and didn't mind the 12 dollar plus price, but I feel the 9 dollar shipping charge was excessive. They could have just put it in a stamped envelope and mailed it to me for less than a buck

GBGood experience overall Good experience overall. My only suggestion would be to better inform the customer of their order status. I placed an order that had to be partially filled from the manufacturer and wasn't going to ship from K&G for some time. I was not informed of this delay until I emailed and asked. This information should come automatically.
