USK and G sells products they know are any good! I've been a customer of K and G for several years. Recently purchased a pair of jeans. Washed them and they shrank. Didn't have my receipt but I know previously you just gave the clerk your phone number and they could pull up your purchase. Went to the store in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and was told I could get a store credit because I washed the jeans. I requested to speak with the manager and he told me he knows the jeans shrink and that when you wash them you shouldn't dry them. The label inside the pants says to tumble dry low. So I didn't receive a refund or a store credit. I asked if he knows the pants shrink why are you still selling them. He just laughed. I called corporate and was told that's up to the manager of the store. So they don't care if a manger ruins their reputation.

USI went to the store to buy several new suites I went to the store to buy several new suits for a job starting in a few days. I knew it was short notice but Richie "the suit whisperer" was amazing in helping find several suites that looked great and fit well. He also spent the extra time to match each suite with shirts, ties, and shoes. Carla also was able to get them tailored so I would have them for my first day as well. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Richie's help. He brought me in so many suits and styles, but he wanted to make sure I looked good for my new job. It means a lot to me and highly recommend him.

USMy experience was 100% excellent My experience was 100% excellent. I ordered a Shoei GT Air from K&G because they were cheaper than their competitors. The order was shipped out very quickly, shipping (free) was very fast as well, and the helmet arrived packed well without issues. I would do business again with them in a heartbeat for any motorcycle needs.

USOrdered a set of saddlebag/trunk liners … Ordered a set of saddlebag/trunk liners for my Honda Valkyrie Interstate based on the website's description. When they arrived the trunk bag was the wrong one and on the manufacture's packaging it showed which one should have been sent to fit the Valkyrie. When I contacted customer support they said the kit was discontinued and "According to the distributor the items I sent you do make up the kit. This kit is a generic kit that fits many models including Honda and Harley Davidson." The bag was obviously incorrect and the correct bag was listed as available on Amazon. When I informed them of this I was told "The least expensive and easiest way would be to purchase an HTL bag outright. I will give you free shipping on it. The alternative would be for you to send the bag back and pay for shipping of the replacement bag which is going to be $20.00 anyway. Your choice." So through no fault of my own I was told it would cost me additional money to get the correct merchandise. Well, my choice was to order the right bag from Amazon, where at least if I have to return an item it's paid for, plus I won't be dealing with K&G any more. Small businesses like this should be focused on exceptional customer service and gaining new customers - otherwise they'll be complaining the big guys are running them out of business.

USOrdered 2 simple parts that I could of … Ordered 2 simple parts that I could of got anywhere . Almost 2 weeks later still haven't got them not even a tracking number . I could of had somebody walk them from Florida to San Francisco by now
