authoirize.net called in an order and the authorization company were being asses. Tom helped me out, fighting the good fight with the agency. I prefer to talk to people, like Tom, when he ran my card, the agency didn't like that numbers were typed in instead of the card being swiped. they even mentioned how I don't have many social accounts associated with the card. Yes they do that, verify your credit card by your facebook and other account, well I'm not a teenager or full of myself so I don't have a facebook. Tom got me what I needed and a discount on my next purchase. F*** that CC authorization company though.

Great Customer Service My husband was going on a motorcycle rally, and the ignition switch on his '94 Softail decided to quit. Although I paid expedited freight charges for a stock item to be shipped, it took J&P Cycles almost 2 weeks to fulfill this order, when K and G Cycles shipped it in one (1) day to me, and my husband was able to take his '94 Heritage Classic on his bike trip!!! I would highly recommend buying from K and G Cycles!

Never use this company to order parts!!!! Dont try and return parts or talk with don about returns, he will lie and not give you a return policy till after he makes sure its to late to return!!! Steve

Ordered 2 simple parts that I could of … Ordered 2 simple parts that I could of got anywhere . Almost 2 weeks later still haven't got them not even a tracking number . I could of had somebody walk them from Florida to San Francisco by now
