The order was shipped out very quickly, shipping (free) was very fast as well, and the helmet arrived packed well without issues. I would do business again with them in a heartbeat for any motorcycle needs.

Good experience overall Good experience overall. My only suggestion would be to better inform the customer of their order status. I placed an order that had to be partially filled from the manufacturer and wasn't going to ship from K&G for some time. I was not informed of this delay until I emailed and asked. This information should come automatically.

Wheel chock I ordered the product 9 days ago and still have not received it. I paid for shipping so I'm a little upset that I have still not received it nor is there any way to track it. It's Friday so it'll be at least another 3 days before I could possablly see it. NOT HAPPY!

K&G had back-order problems with UNIK Leather Ordered a UNIK Leathet vest and jacket....vest drop-shipped from UNIK and arrived in a few days...jacket on back order for over a month then put back on back order and I was told it could be 6 more weeks. Canceled and received refund...no issues.

Great experience Really glad I found K&G. Good pricing and accurate shipping estimate. Liked the selection and the amount of technical details you get to make sure you order the right part. Got my order and already installed the parts. Smiled the whole time on my first ride after install. Local Harley shop is going to hate me finding K&G.
