USThe bad and the good The women's vest I ordered was much smaller than expected and the men's vest was not processed on time. Having said that, once I contacted K&G, they fixed the problem and I received my merchandise very quickly. I will definitely purchase here again.

USGot to say Got to say, shipping from store to me was quick & appreciated but the wait time of shipping from warehouse to store was a joke. 1&1/2 weeks from order to home delivery, 3 calls in between to find out where part was? Appreciate the part but no more buisness from me,

USauthoirize.net called in an order and the authorization company were being asses. Tom helped me out, fighting the good fight with the agency. I prefer to talk to people, like Tom, when he ran my card, the agency didn't like that numbers were typed in instead of the card being swiped. they even mentioned how I don't have many social accounts associated with the card. Yes they do that, verify your credit card by your facebook and other account, well I'm not a teenager or full of myself so I don't have a facebook. Tom got me what I needed and a discount on my next purchase. F*** that CC authorization company though.

USVery expensive shipping Glad to find this dash panel insert and didn't mind the 12 dollar plus price, but I feel the 9 dollar shipping charge was excessive. They could have just put it in a stamped envelope and mailed it to me for less than a buck

USGood experience overall Good experience overall. My only suggestion would be to better inform the customer of their order status. I placed an order that had to be partially filled from the manufacturer and wasn't going to ship from K&G for some time. I was not informed of this delay until I emailed and asked. This information should come automatically.
