finding parts When on your site, I wasn't seeing any readily available way of identifying parts by make, model, and year. I looked up some oil filters by just guessing at the SKU # but I still had to email customer service to confirm. I'm the kind of guy that knows what I need and normally I don't want to talk to somebody and ask them, I just want to look my stuff up and checkout. Occasionally I might have a question, but as long as I've been doing this, there's not much I don't know about the HD big twins, and there's few guys out there that can tell me what I don't know, most of them will just be looking off of a screen, and that I don't need. If there's something here I'm missing please tell me.

OLD BAIT AND SWITCH The website made it seem like the item I was purchasing was exactly what I needed but when I received it, it was not what I thought. Buyer beware!

Great Customer Service My husband was going on a motorcycle rally, and the ignition switch on his '94 Softail decided to quit. Although I paid expedited freight charges for a stock item to be shipped, it took J&P Cycles almost 2 weeks to fulfill this order, when K and G Cycles shipped it in one (1) day to me, and my husband was able to take his '94 Heritage Classic on his bike trip!!! I would highly recommend buying from K and G Cycles!

My experience was 100% excellent My experience was 100% excellent. I ordered a Shoei GT Air from K&G because they were cheaper than their competitors. The order was shipped out very quickly, shipping (free) was very fast as well, and the helmet arrived packed well without issues. I would do business again with them in a heartbeat for any motorcycle needs.

Good experience overall Good experience overall. My only suggestion would be to better inform the customer of their order status. I placed an order that had to be partially filled from the manufacturer and wasn't going to ship from K&G for some time. I was not informed of this delay until I emailed and asked. This information should come automatically.
