FRShop is fine, but the parts don't fit well. The online shop and the shipping was fine (france), no problems here. But saying that the parts are tailor-made for particular vehicle is a huge overstatement. The bumper protection for T6.1 has reasonable dimensions, but angles are definitely not. It either sticks out in front or on the sides. Additionally the edges are super sharp, so any imprecision in handling or try to adapt it ends up with scratched paint. Better to pay more for the original.

GBPoor Quality, Poor Chat The online store and ordering went very well, the product had very poor plastic castings for the roof rack, fit to the roof rails was awful, the locking end caps shafts were to short and wouldn't lock. Customer service chat was an absolute waste of time. I gave up on doing a return when I found out I pay for the shipping. Modified the lick shafts and will live with the poor fit. NOT A RECOMMENDED VENDOR!!

GBRetrofitting perfect fit mats… Very smooth transaction when taking your money... I ordered Subaru floor mats that "fit perfectly" according to the web site. What junk. The front driver mat comes with some cheap plastic large screws with cheap hyrogliphic instructors to screw to your floor board I guess. Why dont they have the molded holes to fit into the factory floor pegs? Maybe the screw kit is for retrofitting this mat to a 2010 Forester, unacceptable. Lesson of the day: If the company website has endless 5 star reviews, beware.

GBI purchased a set of carbon door sills… I purchased a set of carbon door sills and received a completely different stainless steel set. Sent them back and requested that they expedite the replacement order as this was time-sensitive and needed them now. They refused, saying they have a "No Exceptions" policy on returns, even if it's completely their fault. So I informed them that I too have a "No Exceptions " rule for bad customer service and canceled the order and purchased elsewhere. Nice job, OMAC.
