Refunded 50% less of my money! Sent me the wrong part for a Hyundai Tucson 2017 (Black Side Steps Running Boards Nerf Bars). They refunded me 50% less of my money and probably filed insurance claim with Fedex. Claimed they were scratched. I will never do business with this crap company and hope nobody else will!

BEWARE BEWARE! This company sells sub par products and does not stand behind them! Even if they send you defective, damaged or wrong parts you will NOT get a refund and customer service seems to get some kind of kick out of jerking the customer around…save your hard earned money and buy somewhere else!!

Shop is fine, but the parts don't fit well. The online shop and the shipping was fine (france), no problems here. But saying that the parts are tailor-made for particular vehicle is a huge overstatement. The bumper protection for T6.1 has reasonable dimensions, but angles are definitely not. It either sticks out in front or on the sides. Additionally the edges are super sharp, so any imprecision in handling or try to adapt it ends up with scratched paint. Better to pay more for the original.
