Retrofitting perfect fit mats… Very smooth transaction when taking your money... I ordered Subaru floor mats that "fit perfectly" according to the web site. What junk. The front driver mat comes with some cheap plastic large screws with cheap hyrogliphic instructors to screw to your floor board I guess. Why dont they have the molded holes to fit into the factory floor pegs? Maybe the screw kit is for retrofitting this mat to a 2010 Forester, unacceptable. Lesson of the day: If the company website has endless 5 star reviews, beware.

I purchased a set of carbon door sills… I purchased a set of carbon door sills and received a completely different stainless steel set. Sent them back and requested that they expedite the replacement order as this was time-sensitive and needed them now. They refused, saying they have a "No Exceptions" policy on returns, even if it's completely their fault. So I informed them that I too have a "No Exceptions " rule for bad customer service and canceled the order and purchased elsewhere. Nice job, OMAC.
