Shipping was extremely fast and easy install… Shipping was extremely fast and install was fairly easy however the mounts could come assembled because some people will have difficulty if not mechanically inclined. The only other issue is the severe whistling and windnoise which I'm going to try and stop with paracord or insulation wrap.

I was not sure if the roof rack I was… I was not sure if the roof rack I was looking in the website works on my car. I called them and their customer service help me to decide, they help me with my questions and so far the roof rack is doing its job. no complaints.

Refunded 50% less of my money! Sent me the wrong part for a Hyundai Tucson 2017 (Black Side Steps Running Boards Nerf Bars). They refunded me 50% less of my money and probably filed insurance claim with Fedex. Claimed they were scratched. I will never do business with this crap company and hope nobody else will!
