CANot happy I ordered two rim inserts for my RV and received only one rim in the box. After numerous attempts to rectify the situation the company refused to send me the missing rim insert. Buyer beware with this company! Finally they have sent me the second rim insert after someone asked their boss what to do. The product itself looks good and fits well. They just need to do some customer service training.

GBPurchased a set of wiper blades March… Purchased a set of wiper blades March of 2023, very limited use in the just under 3 months since installed and the blades are falling apart. their add touts the quality of the blades also states that they are LONG LASTING (LOL). I contacted seller about warranty and they apologized but would not warrant, hiding behind eBays time policy so they were unable to perform any actions to help. Steer clear of this company as it appears customer satisfaction is a not front and center of their business model.

FRVery good product So, I'm really impressed with the great quality of these cross bars for the Mercedes C-Class 2023! Easy to install and incredibly sturdy. They're perfect for carrying extra gear on road trips. Also, I got the set of floor and trunk liners for my friend! They fit perfectly and provide excellent protection against dirt and spills. The quality is top-notch, and they look fantastic too. A must-have for any vehicle owner. Customer service is super friendly; I didn't have to wait long on hold like with other companies. They answered quickly and even have live chat on the website. I sent a photo of the rooftop that I have, so the customer service lady could recommend the right fit bars, and she helped me immediately. It's hard to find such a company these days; highly recommended.

GBI purchased a set of carbon door sills… I purchased a set of carbon door sills and received a completely different stainless steel set. Sent them back and requested that they expedite the replacement order as this was time-sensitive and needed them now. They refused, saying they have a "No Exceptions" policy on returns, even if it's completely their fault. So I informed them that I too have a "No Exceptions " rule for bad customer service and canceled the order and purchased elsewhere. Nice job, OMAC.
