The wheels are beautiful worth the wait The wheels are beautiful and well worth the wait… I had some issues with customs paper work which was rectified by Milk. However it was very frustrating due to shipping delay… shipping took a month longer than expected with out an update regarding the issue… after it is all said and done I know this is a very small company and I understand that they are doing their best to keep up in a niche market. The final product is fantastic and overall well worth the wait. I suggest a YouTube video on installation the QR code provided did not have a video for the wheels or kickstand from what I remember… it’s pretty straightforward but would be helpful for others in the future I’m sure…

Milkracing 16inch wheel Shipping was slow but im very happy with it. Came in great condition and they supplied an extra tire which I am thankful for.

I wouldn’t come back. Customer service is absolutely nonexistent. All they send are automated emails and shipping time is not true to their website. Will be at least a month after they say.. I ordered my custom warp9s at the same time, and they have been on my bike for months now

Customer service is TERRIBLE Customer service is TERRIBLE! I've been contacting them for over a week regarding my order (which is a week late with no updates) they send me an email stating the order is delayed. I paid for the expedited shipping to have the order before a trip to no avail. I like their products but, for the horrible customer service I'll be taking my business to Warp9 in the future, even if it is a bit more expensive. At least I'll have my orders delivered on time and they are responsive to inquiries.

Amazing customer service There was a slight delay with delivery but they rectified the issue and kept me updated and offered a discount on my next order. Amazing customer service 😎
