GBCustomer service is TERRIBLE Customer service is TERRIBLE! I've been contacting them for over a week regarding my order (which is a week late with no updates) they send me an email stating the order is delayed. I paid for the expedited shipping to have the order before a trip to no avail. I like their products but, for the horrible customer service I'll be taking my business to Warp9 in the future, even if it is a bit more expensive. At least I'll have my orders delivered on time and they are responsive to inquiries.

GBGreat Experience! Overall had an excellent experience purchasing parts through Milk Racing. They were extremely fast with their responses, offered live tracking data and notified me whenever my order was being processed. The product in which I purchased was a total of 36 spokes in order to build up a 16โ. Upon arrival I was extremely satisfied to see that they had included an additional spoke with my order as a spare! I absolutely love the little things like that, and moreso than a sticker.
