GBWhat a customer support nightmare What a customer support nightmare. I ordered a seat drop kit and paid for expedited shipping. It arrived 8wks later (not 2wks). I only got automated emails of the delays. No phone number available to call. They only allow email communication. When I finally got the seat drop, it didn’t fit the bike. Customer technical phone support? None. Had to send an email, and have been getting response, “our technical customer support person is on sick leave”… Time to return this! We will see how THAT goes….

GBI recently got the 16” supermotos… I recently got the 16” supermotos (ultra wide) for my talaria sting r and I absolutely love the look and feel of them on the road. The rims and hubs have a really nice mass and are machined very well. The heave gauge spokes are also a great add for the cost. If you have stock forks you have to run a 80/80 profile tire which they do not put on the wider rims, which I got with out checking the clearance for that tire (my fault). I ended up having to get a 80/80 tire put on the 2.5” front rim (no problem). it now fits and works great. No problems with alignment or clearance.
