GBI wouldn’t come back. Customer service is absolutely nonexistent. All they send are automated emails and shipping time is not true to their website. Will be at least a month after they say.. I ordered my custom warp9s at the same time, and they have been on my bike for months now

GBDo not buy! Took OVER 2months from order date to receive. customer service from Alexa is non existent and won't listen to anything I said. No explanation on why it took so long or any apologies for it. Would never buy or reccomend to anyone and will make an effort to sway them away from milk racing products.

GBWhat a customer support nightmare What a customer support nightmare. I ordered a seat drop kit and paid for expedited shipping. It arrived 8wks later (not 2wks). I only got automated emails of the delays. No phone number available to call. They only allow email communication. When I finally got the seat drop, it didn’t fit the bike. Customer technical phone support? None. Had to send an email, and have been getting response, “our technical customer support person is on sick leave”… Time to return this! We will see how THAT goes….
