GBWhat a customer support nightmare What a customer support nightmare. I ordered a seat drop kit and paid for expedited shipping. It arrived 8wks later (not 2wks). I only got automated emails of the delays. No phone number available to call. They only allow email communication. When I finally got the seat drop, it didn’t fit the bike. Customer technical phone support? None. Had to send an email, and have been getting response, “our technical customer support person is on sick leave”… Time to return this! We will see how THAT goes….

GBGreat wheel and price but arrived a little crooked Had a good experience with my order, build time was under the quoted time frame and I had my 16” wheel at my doorstep in the US in 3 weeks! Build quality is excellent however my wheel arrived out of true and was contacting my drivetrain on about half the tires circumference. I had to dish/offset it but I’ll likely need to bring it to a shop to get it straightened out on a proper stand.
