GBCustomer service is TERRIBLE Customer service is TERRIBLE! I've been contacting them for over a week regarding my order (which is a week late with no updates) they send me an email stating the order is delayed. I paid for the expedited shipping to have the order before a trip to no avail. I like their products but, for the horrible customer service I'll be taking my business to Warp9 in the future, even if it is a bit more expensive. At least I'll have my orders delivered on time and they are responsive to inquiries.

GBGreat Experience! Overall had an excellent experience purchasing parts through Milk Racing. They were extremely fast with their responses, offered live tracking data and notified me whenever my order was being processed. The product in which I purchased was a total of 36 spokes in order to build up a 16”. Upon arrival I was extremely satisfied to see that they had included an additional spoke with my order as a spare! I absolutely love the little things like that, and moreso than a sticker. If you had any doubts about this company I hope my shared experience will change your mind. -TheRonDoc

DEVery disappointing Very disappointing, They had issues With the payment and didnt shipped my Order till the Money was on their Account. First they said i had to Pay again but i said no because the Money got Away From my Bank without problems. Customer Support told me That they will Start proceeding my Order if i send a Proof of payment. I did, but they waited any way Till they had the Money. That Took 3 Weeks. Told them to change something in the Order, they Said its no Problem but i Must Take a peg Spacer because they dont refund Money. Order Came without the change That i wanted. Product Quality is ok. The Answer they gave here is simply a LIE. Thats NOT TRUE. I did never recieved that E-Mail or the right Product.
