GBWhat a customer support nightmare What a customer support nightmare. I ordered a seat drop kit and paid for expedited shipping. It arrived 8wks later (not 2wks). I only got automated emails of the delays. No phone number available to call. They only allow email communication. When I finally got the seat drop, it didn’t fit the bike. Customer technical phone support? None. Had to send an email, and have been getting response, “our technical customer support person is on sick leave”… Time to return this! We will see how THAT goes….

GBGreat Experience! Overall had an excellent experience purchasing parts through Milk Racing. They were extremely fast with their responses, offered live tracking data and notified me whenever my order was being processed. The product in which I purchased was a total of 36 spokes in order to build up a 16”. Upon arrival I was extremely satisfied to see that they had included an additional spoke with my order as a spare! I absolutely love the little things like that, and moreso than a sticker. GBAwesome guys that care about product Awesome guys that care about product. They were responsive helped me pick out the right color size and even picked out awesome tires that I didn’t even know about now. Everyone asks me what my rear tire is and where I got my wheels I am happy to promote milk gracing sadly, I can only give them five stars they deserve more.
