My husband and I have travelled with Go… My husband and I have travelled with Go Buses multiple times from Manhattan to Virginia (Fairfax Station) and back. The buses have bathrooms and are quite comfortable, and we prefer this option over taking the train. I've had to cancel a trip once, and it was refunded to me as credit which I used for a future trip (I had purchased a nonrefundable ticket).

Best ride ever. I have previously traveled this route 8 times prior to (today). I am writing a review because I am so impressed with the driver. So is my family of 6 from traveling at 5:30 from NYC. Kamal the driver, from the beginning when he walk up to us treated us as if everyone were Royalty. He made everything possible for a great ride. His bedside manners are over the top and driving abilities are incredible. I have never encountered a driver so well trained and polite that goes above and beyond to make sure that we have a great experience. Gisella

My first time on a Go Bus My first time on a Go Bus. Newton MA to Manhattan. Parking at Riverside station for the weekend was easy and inexpensive with the PayByPhone app. Friendly and helpful agent replaced my online 9am ticket with one for 8am (I arrived earlier than I'd originally planned), and informed me I was being credited $5 for the difference in price! I appreciated the free wipes and water bottles. USB power and WiFi worked. On time at both ends. My only complaint is the cup holder - It was filthy on the bottom, and it was too weak to support the large water bottle.

Go bus driver Kuljit from bus 8420...THANK YOU Go bus driver Kuljit from bus 8420 literally saved me tonight from commuting all the way from MIlton Go to dixie go as I ended up on the wrong bus! He was so understanding and caring with my situation and what he did next was way well above a passengers expectation! He took the time to coordinate a return ride to dixie go with another go bus driver giving my description and explained to him of my situation, a genuine act of kindness indeed! I’m so happy to be a go rider everyday, especially because I know that I will be taken care of when a situation like this arises 😊 Thanks Kuljit! ❤️

Overall the experience was… Overall the experience was satisfactory. On the trip to our destination, the bus was prompt and quick however on the return trip, the first bus had tech issues then we had to wait for a back up bus. Once it arrived we left then had to stop off to drop off a driver who apparently was off work? Then the driver, who was very nice, couldn't maintain his lane while driving. We arrived almost an hour later then originally scheduled. Overall the trip was ok. Thank you!
