My first time on a Go Bus My first time on a Go Bus. Newton MA to Manhattan. Parking at Riverside station for the weekend was easy and inexpensive with the PayByPhone app. Friendly and helpful agent replaced my online 9am ticket with one for 8am (I arrived earlier than I'd originally planned), and informed me I was being credited $5 for the difference in price! I appreciated the free wipes and water bottles. USB power and WiFi worked. On time at both ends. My only complaint is the cup holder - It was filthy on the bottom, and it was too weak to support the large water bottle.

Never again. 1st bus left 15 minutes late. Made an unscheduled stop. Arrive at destination 45 minutes late. 2nd bus. Arrived late. Wouldn’t allow passengers on. Bus was dirty. Toilet was disgusting. Driver was rude and inappropriate. Bus #6722 from Manhattan to Manassas, Saturday 2/29/2020. Plenty of witnesses and unhappy passengers. The rules of this platform sound like you just want good reviews so I don’t expect it to be published or acted upon. But I can prove every accusation.

Poor customer service I would give a zero star if I could. Perhaps the customer service people had a lot of bad experience with their customers in general. But even so, that does not give you an excuse to be rude to other customers. After reading hundreds of other reviews about go bus on yelp that their experience riding buses (i.e. waiting for more than an hour, driver not knowing the route, and on and on) were often horrible, I am determined to never use their service again. Yes, not everything can be perfect and bus fares a lot cheaper than train tickets, but there are about 10 other options to choose.

Bus broke down with an engine fire Bus broke down with an engine fire. Stranded on freeway 20 min outside NY for over 2 hours. No communication was made to tell passengers what was going on. Finally a state trooper was able to share with us what was happening. Made it 3 hours past the scheduled time into NY. Missed my afternoon plans in NY. Extremely disappointed with this bus trip and how passengers were treated.

It's very difficult to get around at… It's very difficult to get around at the Union station with the go service! Go made it difficult to find the right platform confusing look at the screen where you are going! The agents at the Union station aren't helpful! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use the Go service! Poor customer service lack of communication!
