My first time on a Go Bus My first time on a Go Bus. Newton MA to Manhattan. Parking at Riverside station for the weekend was easy and inexpensive with the PayByPhone app. Friendly and helpful agent replaced my online 9am ticket with one for 8am (I arrived earlier than I'd originally planned), and informed me I was being credited $5 for the difference in price! I appreciated the free wipes and water bottles. USB power and WiFi worked. On time at both ends. My only complaint is the cup holder - It was filthy on the bottom, and it was too weak to support the large water bottle.

Go bus driver Kuljit from bus 8420...THANK YOU Go bus driver Kuljit from bus 8420 literally saved me tonight from commuting all the way from MIlton Go to dixie go as I ended up on the wrong bus! He was so understanding and caring with my situation and what he did next was way well above a passengers expectation! He took the time to coordinate a return ride to dixie go with another go bus driver giving my description and explained to him of my situation, a genuine act of kindness indeed! I’m so happy to be a go rider everyday, especially because I know that I will be taken care of when a situation like this arises 😊 Thanks Kuljit! ❤️

Had the most courteous Had the most courteous, informative, and overall wonderful experience due solely to the driver of my GO bus. His name was Enrique (not sure of spelling) and I made a note of the bus number because he was so fabulous. The bus # from the Pearson airport to Hamilton was 2538. He should be acknowledged for excellent service! He was so informative and helpful to everyone. Really made the last leg of my journey comfortable.

Solid 4-star experience Solid 4-star experience. Rode round trip from suburban DC (VA) to NYC. Buses were super punctual in both directions, drivers were professional and got us to our destination safely. We stopped for 10 mins on the way up on the NJ turnpike, and came nonstop on the way back. Just about 4 hours each way. On the negative side, the buses’ interiors were a tad on the old side, not uncomfortable or dirty, but a bit dated. Don’t expect a brand new luxurious coach. The WiFi was also pretty bad, but that’s not a problem if you have enough data on your plan. Good value for under $60 round trip.

Why going through New Jersey? The ride was great. Very smooth and handled very professionally. Except for one gigantic problem… Why is a bus traveling from Boston to New York City leaving New York City via the George Washington Bridge and reentering New York City via the Lincoln tunnel? Why did we have to drive through New Jersey? It added a half an hour to our ride for no reason!
