GBembracing the unexpected.. we recently traveled on go bus for the first time..unfortunately, due to my husband having a medical emergency, we only managed to be on the bus for about two hours..we had no choice but to ask the bus driver to stop and request an ambulance.. our driver, ramon, was cool, calm and collected and we were transported and in the local hospital emergency room in about fifteen minutes..i can’t say enough how much we appreciate the professionalism and compassion that was shown..

GBMy first time on a Go Bus My first time on a Go Bus. Newton MA to Manhattan. Parking at Riverside station for the weekend was easy and inexpensive with the PayByPhone app. Friendly and helpful agent replaced my online 9am ticket with one for 8am (I arrived earlier than I'd originally planned), and informed me I was being credited $5 for the difference in price! I appreciated the free wipes and water bottles. USB power and WiFi worked. On time at both ends. My only complaint is the cup holder - It was filthy on the bottom, and it was too weak to support the large water bottle.

GBAwesome experience! My Round trip from Providence, RI to Manhattan, NY was a great experience. I would definitely recommend riding with Go Buses! The tickets are affordable, bus is very clean, seats are comfortable, and the driver is very friendly! I would definitely recommend downloading the app as well as it makes purchasing tickets extremely easy. I also love the feature on the app that helps you locate where your bus is going to be parked. I can't wait to go on another trip with Go Buses wonderful service.

GBI went from Cambridge to New York City… I went from Cambridge to New York City on new year's eave. Going down, the driver was driving way too aggressively, too fast and too close to other cars. I imagine the drivers run on a tight schedule, but this was just ridiculous. Going back on new year's day, however, we had another driver, who was very different. He drove calmer and kept his distance, which made the trip much more enjoyable.

GBBus broke down… LONG wait! Bus from Manhattan to Boston broke down in Seacaucus, NJ, at beginning of trip. Driver noticed some weird smoke coming from rear wheels, but dispatcher told him to leave anyway. Now waiting for about two hours on NJ Tnpk. for replacement bus. Academy/Go Buses are too old and not maintained. Better to use the train!
