GBNothing wrong with the service but… Nothing wrong with the service but nearly 2 weeks after returning the car I'm still waiting for a £1200 deposit back. Hired a car from Europecar since and my deposit was returned when I returned the car. Cheap hire cars but multiple customer deposits held for no reason. I won't be using Green Motion again.

GBWhen I arrived to collect the car &… When I arrived to collect the car & despite that I'd paid full insurance via Easyjet who I'd organised the prepaid car rental booking through together with my flight. Due to my not having a credit card ? at the counter i was forced to pay £372 for a revised full insurance which if i didn't take out they would not have let me have the car, I was with my wife and looking forward to our Scottish holiday trip, I have a full clean license etc, they were a bit abrupt too if I'm honest about it all. So they held a gun to my head or I couldn't have a car , which was very distasteful, don't hire a car from these people , they seem untrustworthy, plus also I paid for a VW Golf category car but told at the counter they only had a Citroen C3 which I don't think is the same category unless I'm mistaken!

GBCar hire The City Airport branch is located approx 5 minutes walk from the tube station, which was not immediately obvious when I booked. The staff were super helpful, car released promptly and there was no hassle returning the vehicle.

GBShockingly bad service and lying! When we arrived at Waverley after long journey from London, we were told no car available for us as reserved car had cracked windscreen. No alternative car available and no indication given of when car might be available. When we protested Green Motion representative totally changed his story and said we could not have car because we had a dog. My wife offered to take dog on public transport if they could give us car to transport our luggage, but no car available. We are shocked by lack of availability of car, but even more by cynical lying behaviour of representative.
