IEI rented a car from Green Motion… I rented a car from Green Motion Liverpool airport. I was treated with the utmost respect and the delivery of service was excellent. Yasin, Mo, Mushy and Sal were on time, they provided me with a quality car and it took 15 minutes only to complete paperwork and get me on the road. Thank you guys. I will be back and I will recommend Green Motion Liverpool Airport to everyone.

GBNo car, no representative, no compensation Booked a rental car with Green Motion through Zest Car Rental, only to find there was no Green Motion representative at the airport to greet us and there was no car. Calls to help lines were unanswered for an hour and were of no help once we did get through. We were then forced to rent a car locally with a more reputable supplier and try to claim a refund later. All this having just arrived with a young child. It then took over two months to get any kind of refund, but only the absolute minimum necessary (exclusive of taxes, surcharges, insurances, etc.) leaving me significantly out of pocket. Not once did anyone show any kind of good will or additional compensation. Please stay well away from Green Motion and Zest Car Rental.

CYGood experience and friendly staff. 9/10 Good and helpful communication with onsite staff, pleasant to deal with and explained everything in full. A little disappointed that I was not accompanied to the hire car, just given the keys and pointed out where it was parked. The vehicle had several areas of damage which I took the time to photograph to save any dispute upon return. All went well as it happened upon returning the car. Pick up and drop off to the terminal is about every 15 minutes so no waiting around for ages. Happy to book with this company again.

GBShockingly bad service and lying! When we arrived at Waverley after long journey from London, we were told no car available for us as reserved car had cracked windscreen. No alternative car available and no indication given of when car might be available. When we protested Green Motion representative totally changed his story and said we could not have car because we had a dog. My wife offered to take dog on public transport if they could give us car to transport our luggage, but no car available. We are shocked by lack of availability of car, but even more by cynical lying behaviour of representative.
