I rented a car from Green Motion… I rented a car from Green Motion Liverpool airport. I was treated with the utmost respect and the delivery of service was excellent. Yasin, Mo, Mushy and Sal were on time, they provided me with a quality car and it took 15 minutes only to complete paperwork and get me on the road. Thank you guys. I received Great experience going… I received Great experience going through through website & called the agent to ask some more details. I wasn't happy though because the deposit amount is not stated online. I had to call the Call Centre to get that. If your team can attend to that. Otherwise I received Great offer.

Never again Booked and paid in advance for a Toyota Prado, because I had to take people around in UAE. But on arrival I was informed that it had never been available, did not exist in the fleet. Ended up with a smaller car, since we arrived in the middle of the night, and had to go to the hotel. Had to get a bigger car from somewhere else afterwards. No reply from GreenMotion, no reduction in price. Nothing could be done by local staff, they just referred to head office - and head office has never responded to emails or phone calls. Have so far waited for reply since February
