There's no shuttle service, just a regular bus that runs once an hour. The car pickup process is lengthy, the staff is incompetent, and despite booking for a specific time, the car wasn't ready. We waited for over an hour. There are no restroom facilities available on-site. Existing damages were not listed on the pickup protocol; you have to document them yourself. Returning the car becomes a theater of finding damages. Eventually, they reluctantly filled out the pickup protocol. No damages were noted. I asked about the deposit refund duration and was told a maximum of 10 working days. It's been three weeks now, and I haven't received my money back. The company is holding onto my funds. Despite complaints, there's been no response. Stay away from this makeshift company. It's better to pay a few extra euros and avoid the hassle.
