Excellent Service from Emir at Green Motion Istanbul I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Emir at Green Motion in Istanbul, and I must say, the service provided was outstanding. Emir not only offered us a fantastic deal on a car, but he also went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. From the moment we walked in, Emir greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. He patiently listened to our requirements and provided us with several options tailored to our needs, ensuring we got the best value for our money. What truly impressed me was Emir’s attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our requests. I wasn't happy though because the deposit amount is not stated online. I had to call the Call Centre to get that. If your team can attend to that. Otherwise I received Great offer.

Surprised how well everything went Enthusiastic and helpful staff in Glasgow, easy and quick shuttle bus, easy check-in and return. Great value because I arranged my own excess insurance for only £3.49 per day through questor-insurance.co.uk Yes, I was debited £1200 security deposit on arrival, but that was refunded within a week. Yes, I had to check for damage and take snaps to cover myself, but that is normal these days. Yes, they checked the car very very carefully for damage, but it was ok😀 Car park was muddy with pot holes.

No car, no representative, no compensation Booked a rental car with Green Motion through Zest Car Rental, only to find there was no Green Motion representative at the airport to greet us and there was no car. Calls to help lines were unanswered for an hour and were of no help once we did get through. We were then forced to rent a car locally with a more reputable supplier and try to claim a refund later. All this having just arrived with a young child. It then took over two months to get any kind of refund, but only the absolute minimum necessary (exclusive of taxes, surcharges, insurances, etc.) leaving me significantly out of pocket. Not once did anyone show any kind of good will or additional compensation. Please stay well away from Green Motion and Zest Car Rental.

Good experience and friendly staff. 9/10 Good and helpful communication with onsite staff, pleasant to deal with and explained everything in full. A little disappointed that I was not accompanied to the hire car, just given the keys and pointed out where it was parked. The vehicle had several areas of damage which I took the time to photograph to save any dispute upon return. All went well as it happened upon returning the car. Pick up and drop off to the terminal is about every 15 minutes so no waiting around for ages. Happy to book with this company again.
