FRStay away Avoid at all costs. I booked a car from April 21 until April 29 and called the agency on the 20/04 to ask if I could pick-up the car on April 22 instead of the 21. I was told that it was no problem at all and that I could just come on April 22 to pick up the car. On April 22, after waiting for 35 minutes in the sun outside with my family including 2 young children, I was told that there was no car left for me, that I should just wait to see if maybe there was one available. At this point I should mention that the rental was already paid for. When my wife and I started to complain to the manager and say that it was unacceptable, we were told that since we were not "nice people", he refused to give us the car, as if it were his personal decision... We were left to take our 50kg of luggage out in the street and go to another rental agency, lost 4hours in the process and about 500€.

GBWhen I arrived to collect the car &… When I arrived to collect the car & despite that I'd paid full insurance via Easyjet who I'd organised the prepaid car rental booking through together with my flight. Due to my not having a credit card ? at the counter i was forced to pay £372 for a revised full insurance which if i didn't take out they would not have let me have the car, I was with my wife and looking forward to our Scottish holiday trip, I have a full clean license etc, they were a bit abrupt too if I'm honest about it all. So they held a gun to my head or I couldn't have a car , which was very distasteful, don't hire a car from these people , they seem untrustworthy, plus also I paid for a VW Golf category car but told at the counter they only had a Citroen C3 which I don't think is the same category unless I'm mistaken!

ATLondon Heathrow Airport Let's start from the beginning. Attempting to reach them via the phone number provided in the email from the airport is impossible. There's no shuttle service, just a regular bus that runs once an hour. The car pickup process is lengthy, the staff is incompetent, and despite booking for a specific time, the car wasn't ready. We waited for over an hour. There are no restroom facilities available on-site. Existing damages were not listed on the pickup protocol; you have to document them yourself. Returning the car becomes a theater of finding damages. Eventually, they reluctantly filled out the pickup protocol. No damages were noted. I asked about the deposit refund duration and was told a maximum of 10 working days. It's been three weeks now, and I haven't received my money back. The company is holding onto my funds. Despite complaints, there's been no response. Stay away from this makeshift company. It's better to pay a few extra euros and avoid the hassle.

GBSurprised how well everything went Enthusiastic and helpful staff in Glasgow, easy and quick shuttle bus, easy check-in and return. Great value because I arranged my own excess insurance for only £3.49 per day through questor-insurance.co.uk Yes, I was debited £1200 security deposit on arrival, but that was refunded within a week. Yes, I had to check for damage and take snaps to cover myself, but that is normal these days. Yes, they checked the car very very carefully for damage, but it was ok😀 Car park was muddy with pot holes.

TRI had a very bad experience with Green… I had a very bad experience with Green motion Istanbul Airport. Despite the fact that the staff at the reception tries to show kindness in taking care of the customers, they give you incomplete or wrong information, I don't know if it's a language problem or a voluntary behavior. In my recent rental, they charged me an extra 250 usd claiming that it was related to a car repair that I had damaged when they had already taken the insurance costs to tell me that it included any possibility of scratching the car. Every time I call to ask for explanations they tell me that someone will call in 5 minutes and that they don't speak English, by chance and after several days of trying I got an answer that finally gave me a whatsApp contact. They submitted an invoice without the same stamp that anyone could prepare claiming it was the repair invoice. What repair? a small scratch!!! I ended up paying the insurance and the fake invoice If they think they're going to win like this, they should know that they're going to lose a lot of customers with this attitude.
