Workshop expérience ever Workshop expérience ever. They cancelled our car last minute for no ressource ! And we have a baby. It was awful to fine a car last min …. Ans they didn’t reimburse what we paid! Never again

Car hire The City Airport branch is located approx 5 minutes walk from the tube station, which was not immediately obvious when I booked. The staff were super helpful, car released promptly and there was no hassle returning the vehicle.

Never again Booked and paid in advance for a Toyota Prado, because I had to take people around in UAE. But on arrival I was informed that it had never been available, did not exist in the fleet. Ended up with a smaller car, since we arrived in the middle of the night, and had to go to the hotel. Had to get a bigger car from somewhere else afterwards. No reply from GreenMotion, no reduction in price. Nothing could be done by local staff, they just referred to head office - and head office has never responded to emails or phone calls. Have so far waited for reply since February

I rented a car from Green Motion… I rented a car from Green Motion Liverpool airport. I was treated with the utmost respect and the delivery of service was excellent. Yasin, Mo, Mushy and Sal were on time, they provided me with a quality car and it took 15 minutes only to complete paperwork and get me on the road. Thank you guys. I will be back and I will recommend Green Motion Liverpool Airport to everyone.

Stay away Avoid at all costs. I booked a car from April 21 until April 29 and called the agency on the 20/04 to ask if I could pick-up the car on April 22 instead of the 21. I was told that it was no problem at all and that I could just come on April 22 to pick up the car. On April 22, after waiting for 35 minutes in the sun outside with my family including 2 young children, I was told that there was no car left for me, that I should just wait to see if maybe there was one available. At this point I should mention that the rental was already paid for. When my wife and I started to complain to the manager and say that it was unacceptable, we were told that since we were not "nice people", he refused to give us the car, as if it were his personal decision... We were left to take our 50kg of luggage out in the street and go to another rental agency, lost 4hours in the process and about 500€.
