When I arrived to collect the car &… When I arrived to collect the car & despite that I'd paid full insurance via Easyjet who I'd organised the prepaid car rental booking through together with my flight. Due to my not having a credit card ? at the counter i was forced to pay £372 for a revised full insurance which if i didn't take out they would not have let me have the car, I was with my wife and looking forward to our Scottish holiday trip, I have a full clean license etc, they were a bit abrupt too if I'm honest about it all. So they held a gun to my head or I couldn't have a car , which was very distasteful, don't hire a car from these people , they seem untrustworthy, plus also I paid for a VW Golf category car but told at the counter they only had a Citroen C3 which I don't think is the same category unless I'm mistaken!

Never again Booked and paid in advance for a Toyota Prado, because I had to take people around in UAE. But on arrival I was informed that it had never been available, did not exist in the fleet. Ended up with a smaller car, since we arrived in the middle of the night, and had to go to the hotel. Had to get a bigger car from somewhere else afterwards. No reply from GreenMotion, no reduction in price. Nothing could be done by local staff, they just referred to head office - and head office has never responded to emails or phone calls. Have so far waited for reply since February

I rented a car from Green Motion… I rented a car from Green Motion Liverpool airport. I was treated with the utmost respect and the delivery of service was excellent. Yasin, Mo, Mushy and Sal were on time, they provided me with a quality car and it took 15 minutes only to complete paperwork and get me on the road. Thank you guys. I will be back and I will recommend Green Motion Liverpool Airport to everyone.

Good experience and friendly staff. 9/10 Good and helpful communication with onsite staff, pleasant to deal with and explained everything in full. A little disappointed that I was not accompanied to the hire car, just given the keys and pointed out where it was parked. The vehicle had several areas of damage which I took the time to photograph to save any dispute upon return. All went well as it happened upon returning the car. Pick up and drop off to the terminal is about every 15 minutes so no waiting around for ages. Happy to book with this company again.
