Nothing wrong with the service but… Nothing wrong with the service but nearly 2 weeks after returning the car I'm still waiting for a £1200 deposit back. Hired a car from Europecar since and my deposit was returned when I returned the car. Cheap hire cars but multiple customer deposits held for no reason. I won't be using Green Motion again.

London Heathrow Airport Let's start from the beginning. Attempting to reach them via the phone number provided in the email from the airport is impossible. There's no shuttle service, just a regular bus that runs once an hour. The car pickup process is lengthy, the staff is incompetent, and despite booking for a specific time, the car wasn't ready. We waited for over an hour. There are no restroom facilities available on-site. Existing damages were not listed on the pickup protocol; you have to document them yourself. Returning the car becomes a theater of finding damages. Eventually, they reluctantly filled out the pickup protocol. No damages were noted. I asked about the deposit refund duration and was told a maximum of 10 working days. It's been three weeks now, and I haven't received my money back. The company is holding onto my funds. Despite complaints, there's been no response. Stay away from this makeshift company. It's better to pay a few extra euros and avoid the hassle.

I rented a car from Green Motion… I rented a car from Green Motion Liverpool airport. I was treated with the utmost respect and the delivery of service was excellent. Yasin, Mo, Mushy and Sal were on time, they provided me with a quality car and it took 15 minutes only to complete paperwork and get me on the road. Thank you guys. I will be back and I will recommend Green Motion Liverpool Airport to everyone.

I wasn't happy though because the deposit amount is not stated online. I had to call the Call Centre to get that. If your team can attend to that. Otherwise I received Great offer.
