Great product Great product, good delivery time and very good customer service

Poor quality- unsafe Ordered money y roof rack - terrible quality materials. I know how much these should weigh as I had official model 3 bars but these are less than 50% of the weight and I don't trust they are safe to use.

Caution SCAM!!! Ill bought wheelprotectioncovers for my Tesla Model Y (160€!!!), the quality of the product is very horrible, it doesnt even fit and fall off without driving. At first they offered me a 50% discount, but when I said, I really wanted to send it back, the return was described to me as not worth it. I was offered an 80% discount, I agreed to 90%, the 80% discount was given without my consent. When I read the reviews I think I won't see any money. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THERE, IT'S A HUGE SCAM!

Rim Protector Adhesive Failure Purchased the 20" rim protector in black. The adhesive on one of the protectors failed after 2 months. Teslaunch would not replace the item. I had no choice but to purchase a replacement. I'm generally pleased with the product (the do the job and look good) and at this point consider the failure to be a "one-off". However, I am extremely disappointed that the company does not stand behind their product.

I came across Teslaunch looking for… I came across Teslaunch looking for pillar delete for my Model Y. They had the product for the best price available. Shipping was 4 weeks. Not the quickest but not every thing is Amazon and more importantly customer service was quick at answering my email when I asked for an update. The product arrived and I didn't like it. I don't fault the seller. I'm used to a certain type of auto vynyl and this wasn't it. I contacted the seller and they said I could return the product if I paid shipping or I could keep the product and they would offer me another product (with a $50) price tag for just the cost of shipping ($10). The other product was also something I was really interested in so I went with it. Teslaunch has a lot of products for great prices and their customer service has been incredible at responding to my questions and resolving my issue.
