GBI understand the pandemic when busses… I understand the pandemic when busses had to be cut, but now more busses need to added to your schedule. I have seen one bus that people had to stand up for almost 2 hour ride, folks left behind and they had to wait hours for the next bus. I suggest that Martz should invest in a small van to hold the smaller amount of folks left behind, going to the water park and especially at night when u have the late busses. This I feel will save on cost and gas or even all electric. Speaking of electric busses they will save the rising cost of gas passed on to the patrons in ticket cost.

GBBring water and be ready to sweat Not a fan of the air quality in the bus. Was 80 today outside and for the entire commute; the outdoor temp dropped to 70 in nightfall yet the bus remained the same 79 inside with stagnant air. I looked around and saw that everyone else was SWEATING while it was cool outside.

GBThe bus did not enforce mask rules at… The bus did not enforce mask rules at all. I was very uncomfortable in a bus with at least half of the people unmasked. No announcement from the driver, unlike other modes of transportation like LIRR, New Jersey Transit and Amtrak.

GBDrivers & Staff are Friendly Drivers & Staff are Friendly Prices too high for the services rendered. Management doesn't seem to care about the customers. They instituted a reservation system without polling the daily commuters. They are catering to the vacationers who ride a few times a year instead of us who take the bus 250+ days a year.

GBIt doesn't matter when you take Martz… It doesn't matter when you take Martz they are always on time. When there is heavy traffic, they radio other bus drivers for better alternate routes for a smooth ride. Always excellent.
