So far service has been good buses seem… So far service has been good buses seem to be clean but about 2 weeks ago on the 8.00 a,m, run leaving from Mt. Pocono to Port Authority driver didn't wear a mask in spite of being a mature gentleman. You should also clean & sanitize the panels where the ac & lights are indidually controlled if you sit & look up there's so many fingerprints !! Tons of germs!

The bus did not enforce mask rules at… The bus did not enforce mask rules at all. I was very uncomfortable in a bus with at least half of the people unmasked. No announcement from the driver, unlike other modes of transportation like LIRR, New Jersey Transit and Amtrak.

It doesn't matter when you take Martz… It doesn't matter when you take Martz they are always on time. When there is heavy traffic, they radio other bus drivers for better alternate routes for a smooth ride. Always excellent.

Martz new reservation system sucks Martz new reservation system sucks. I’ve literally lost paid for bus tickets because the site crashes constantly and apparently conflicts with iPhones. This system is completely unfair to commuters who work (sometimes overtime) and can’t always predict what bus they can catch. So, the only option is to wait until you’re sure what bus and by then it’s often full. They say you can just cancel it but if the system doesn’t work well and is unreliable-wth?

I understand the pandemic when busses… I understand the pandemic when busses had to be cut, but now more busses need to added to your schedule. I have seen one bus that people had to stand up for almost 2 hour ride, folks left behind and they had to wait hours for the next bus. I suggest that Martz should invest in a small van to hold the smaller amount of folks left behind, going to the water park and especially at night when u have the late busses. This I feel will save on cost and gas or even all electric. Speaking of electric busses they will save the rising cost of gas passed on to the patrons in ticket cost.
