I have used Martz a few times in the… I have used Martz a few times in the last few months and they have been uneventful and pleasant. On the 18th of June I took a bus trip from Scranton, PA to Boston it was a Greyhound trip returning on the 21st. The first leg of my trip was a Martz Trailway from Scranton to NY uneventful. Second bus was stuck on side of road for 5 hours. Going home on Monday missed my bus to Scranton 2:20 in afternoon was told I could not get bud till 530am Tuesday I crossed the street to a Martz Trailways and the man there had me on a bus at 4:30 Monday and I arrived in Scranton 2 hours later than I was suppose to. It was very frightening to me a d Martz Trailways saved the day.

It doesn't matter when you take Martz… It doesn't matter when you take Martz they are always on time. When there is heavy traffic, they radio other bus drivers for better alternate routes for a smooth ride. Always excellent.

I understand the pandemic when busses… I understand the pandemic when busses had to be cut, but now more busses need to added to your schedule. I have seen one bus that people had to stand up for almost 2 hour ride, folks left behind and they had to wait hours for the next bus. I suggest that Martz should invest in a small van to hold the smaller amount of folks left behind, going to the water park and especially at night when u have the late busses. This I feel will save on cost and gas or even all electric. Speaking of electric busses they will save the rising cost of gas passed on to the patrons in ticket cost.

Bring water and be ready to sweat Not a fan of the air quality in the bus. Was 80 today outside and for the entire commute; the outdoor temp dropped to 70 in nightfall yet the bus remained the same 79 inside with stagnant air. I looked around and saw that everyone else was SWEATING while it was cool outside.
