Bring back overnight to AC My refund for discontinued Sunday Atlantic City trip was satisfactorily processed. So that part was 5 stars. Just so disappointed that Martz only runs one day a week, maybe less after September. Cannot do an overnight. Don't feel safe to go into city station. Hope a day for overnight to AC comes back. How times have changed!

The bus did not enforce mask rules at… The bus did not enforce mask rules at all. I was very uncomfortable in a bus with at least half of the people unmasked. No announcement from the driver, unlike other modes of transportation like LIRR, New Jersey Transit and Amtrak.

Bring water and be ready to sweat Not a fan of the air quality in the bus. Was 80 today outside and for the entire commute; the outdoor temp dropped to 70 in nightfall yet the bus remained the same 79 inside with stagnant air. I looked around and saw that everyone else was SWEATING while it was cool outside.

Scranton to NYC route was good Scranton to NYC route was good. However, the bus got overcrowded because the passengers from a subsequent bus were allowed to board the previous bus. Also, there was no movie during the ride which makes the ride time seem longer so running movies for the passengers is the cheapest way to make the ride more enjoyable (as airlines figured this out a long time ago)

It doesn't matter when you take Martz… It doesn't matter when you take Martz they are always on time. When there is heavy traffic, they radio other bus drivers for better alternate routes for a smooth ride. Always excellent.
