Ticket system I think the new reservation ticket system is an inconvenience. Having to always book a trip every single time we need to travel is extra steps/tasks for commuters. Where as our old system simply scan the code for the ride is more flexible. If this ticket system is going to be mandatory and you are removing the old system, I can’t imagine what will happen if and when the system/Martz webpage goes down. I would suggest to keep our existing ticket system for those commuters who do not have time to book every single ride every day and incorporate the new reservation ticket system as needed basis. Thank you!

On Monday July 10, 2023 On Monday July 10, 2023, 6:30 scheduled bus have no air conditioning for our daily commuters. We are summon to pay your costly bus rates. We definitely expect highest quality of service. You should reimburse the commuters their funds. Also conduct better maintenance services for your bus. This is unacceptable service and Martz needs to be ashamed to provide unacceptable service. Would you put your family on hot bus and make them suffer? I don't think so. You need to make better decisions and improve your service.

Scranton to NYC route was good Scranton to NYC route was good. However, the bus got overcrowded because the passengers from a subsequent bus were allowed to board the previous bus. Also, there was no movie during the ride which makes the ride time seem longer so running movies for the passengers is the cheapest way to make the ride more enjoyable (as airlines figured this out a long time ago)

I have used Martz a few times in the… I have used Martz a few times in the last few months and they have been uneventful and pleasant. On the 18th of June I took a bus trip from Scranton, PA to Boston it was a Greyhound trip returning on the 21st. The first leg of my trip was a Martz Trailway from Scranton to NY uneventful. Second bus was stuck on side of road for 5 hours. Going home on Monday missed my bus to Scranton 2:20 in afternoon was told I could not get bud till 530am Tuesday I crossed the street to a Martz Trailways and the man there had me on a bus at 4:30 Monday and I arrived in Scranton 2 hours later than I was suppose to. It was very frightening to me a d Martz Trailways saved the day.

Things just keep getting worse Things just keep getting worse. For some reason they continue to cave to the pressure brought by occasional riders rather than listening to the thoughts of daily commuters. The reservation system is a nightmare that no one wanted and the new website is ridiculously slow and a pain to navigate. It’s a shame really. I’ve been riding for 13 years and was hoping it would get better or stay the same, instead it’s gotten worse. Wonder if that imaginary train will ever actually happen.
