No contact Ordered many items, all in stock. Paid and suddenly not in stock, 10 days later 3 unanswered emails. I've asked to remove missing (only 1 now) item and place in my basket. A large number of items are in my basket, waiting to order once the first load is received. Guess it's time to call visa.

Partszilla’s extensive inventory, coupled with YouTube resources/how to videos, is an incredibly useful source for servicing my bike without having to overspend on taking it to a shop or dealer. Being confident that I have the appropriate parts - and tools (since most, if not all, videos start with what you’ll need before you get started) - to get the job done, is exactly what anyone looking to maintain their ride themselves would want. Terrible website, but Good stock, terrible website. I have specifically signed in about 20 times to add things to my cart. When I go to sign in next time, they have somehow magically disappeared. I've edited my review. It used to be 3 stars. Their website is still annoying but it's obvious they've put in a lot of work to help consumers find parts.

MC Hardware Order Ordered misc. hardware to fit my Honda CTX 700 on 12/7/23. Received the order (less one back-ordered item which I cancelled as there was no future delivery date available), on 1/8/24. Although parts were received as ordered - it took 4.5 weeks to get them! I'd nearly forgotten what I'd ordered by the time it arrived!

I ordered parts for my Seadoo on… I ordered parts for my Seadoo on 3/22/24. I was nervous because of some of the reviews and called them to cancel my order. The lady I spoke to said many of the bad reviews are due to back ordered items which they can’t help. I asked her to keep the order since all my items showed in stock. 3/25/24 all 3 items were on my porch and they were OeM original items. I have no complaints for Partzilla. Customer service was great, delivery was quick and items were perfect!!
