I had an incredDisappointing Experience with Partzilla – Beware of Misleading Practices!ibly disappointing… I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Partzilla, which I feel compelled to share to prevent others from facing similar issues. My journey with this company has been marked by a series of misleading communications and subpar customer service that have left me deeply frustrated. Initially, I was pleased to find all the motorcycle parts I needed listed as available on Partzilla's website. I placed my order, confident in their prompt delivery promise. However, the situation quickly deteriorated. Shortly after my order was confirmed, I received an email indicating that one of the items was on backorder, with no clear ETA provided. This was just the beginning. Subsequent updates continued to shift the availability of the items, with previously confirmed "in-stock" parts now delayed. Efforts to resolve these issues through customer service were futile. The representatives I spoke with were often uninformed due to ongoing "system issues," providing little to no useful information or resolution. The lack of transparency and reliability continued, leading me to place a second order in hopes that it might be fulfilled more smoothly. Unfortunately, the same pattern of misinformation and delays occurred. Throughout this process, Partzilla's customer service failed to offer any real solutions, only further apologies and broken promises. After weeks of frustration and no progress, I had to initiate a dispute with my bank and even considered taking legal action due to the financial and time losses incurred. For anyone considering purchasing from Partzilla, I would urge you to look elsewhere. Their inability to deliver as promised, coupled with a frustrating lack of communication, makes them a highly unreliable choice for motorcycle parts. There are other vendors who offer better service and respect for customers’ time and money.

Good prices, good service, good pre and post sales support I have placed several orders with Partzilla. Prices were very good and delivery was as stated when I ordered. When I placed an "out of stock order", I was advised before the order was transacted. The estimated in stock/forward shipment date was given and that's exactly how the backorder was filled and delivered. Typical time to ship a backorder is four days. I was able to qualify I was ordering the correct parts through chat, and the only time the support person was not certain, they connected me with tech product support. They may fill orders from a pool of suppliers and dealers, but they manage that well. They were able to find some OEM material I could not find elsewhere, promptly. Shipping and delivery is quick, a few days. Ford uses the same systems when parts are ordered. You place a parts order, and it is filled by any dealer in the country based on best delivery date. Can't see the problem if Partzilla does the same.

18 year old Suzuki I ordered a front fender for my 18 year old suzuki JR50 and the new fender color didn't match. They sent me a return authorization and I sent the fender back. I received a full refund very quickly. They researched the fender that I needed based on the serial number so I could order the right color. The customer service has been excellent.

Terrible website, but Good stock, terrible website. I have specifically signed in about 20 times to add things to my cart. When I go to sign in next time, they have somehow magically disappeared. I've edited my review. It used to be 3 stars. Their website is still annoying but it's obvious they've put in a lot of work to help consumers find parts.

Partzilla will get you what you need when you need to get going Partzilla is the place to go when you need OEM. Been going to them for the past 6 years when I first started working on dirtbikes. I really enjoy John Talley’s videos on their YouTube channel as well. He helps through each stage of a fix and is an old school mechanic that knows how to explain things and how to make our lives a little easier. Partzilla is where I go over these other motorcycle websites.
