USDeceptive Company Deceptive Company! Parts are not in stock like they say. I have ordered many parts from this site and every time there is an issue. Shame on me. Customer service does not exist. Shipping is a scam. Pay for expedited and you get basic ground. Avoid this site at all costs!

GBNo contact Ordered many items, all in stock. Paid and suddenly not in stock, 10 days later 3 unanswered emails. I've asked to remove missing (only 1 now) item and place in my basket. A large number of items are in my basket, waiting to order once the first load is received. Guess it's time to call visa.

USPartzilla scammed on shipping! … Partzilla was able to get me the OEM parts that I was looking for. My problem is I paid extra for the expedited shipping, My order was late so I called UPS, they told me to take it up with Partzilla. I called Partzilla customer service and they told me that expedited shipping can actually take up to 5 days, even though the order clearly states two day shipping. Be wary when ordering, they do scam customers with shipping to make extra money. They should be investigated by the FTC for fraud!

USI ordered parts for my Seadoo on… I ordered parts for my Seadoo on 3/22/24. I was nervous because of some of the reviews and called them to cancel my order. The lady I spoke to said many of the bad reviews are due to back ordered items which they can’t help. I asked her to keep the order since all my items showed in stock. 3/25/24 all 3 items were on my porch and they were OeM original items. I have no complaints for Partzilla. Customer service was great, delivery was quick and items were perfect!!

USAvoid these scammers! Ordered a variety of 4 wheeler parts. After waiting two months, I contacted customer service who said that they were waiting on one part. I asked that they ship the other parts and then ship the additional part when it comes in. After waiting another month, I received notice that my shipment was “lost”, I then disputed charges on my credit card. A few days later, I notified that my shipment was “found” and would be delivered within two days. Upon receiving the parts, I reversed the charge back, but was still missing a $160 part. Partzilla then told me to return all parts and sent me a return shipping label. I then contacted customer service via text and email. I received an e-mail from a complete imbecile who was rude and refuse to give their name. I requested to speak with a supervisor. Another person who also refused to identify themselves emailed me and stated that I would receive a refund credit on my account. It has been over a year and nothing. This company is a rip off and a joke!
