Don't ship when promised Decent prices, but impossible to get product in a timely manner. Items state they ship in a couple of days but then a week later nothing has shipped and when you call in, they tell you they haven't received the parts yet.

Regular Customer I've been a Partzilla customer for a few years now and very happy with their inventory, prices, and overall ordering & delivery process. Their web site is very good but not great but that's the only aspect that keeps me from a 5-star rating.

what, where, why, when, how - Partzilla has the bases covered I rarely have difficulty finding what I need. Partszilla’s extensive inventory, coupled with YouTube resources/how to videos, is an incredibly useful source for servicing my bike without having to overspend on taking it to a shop or dealer. Partzilla will get you what you need when you need to get going Partzilla is the place to go when you need OEM. Been going to them for the past 6 years when I first started working on dirtbikes. I really enjoy John Talley’s videos on their YouTube channel as well. He helps through each stage of a fix and is an old school mechanic that knows how to explain things and how to make our lives a little easier. Partzilla is where I go over these other motorcycle websites.
