Partzilla scammed on shipping! … Partzilla was able to get me the OEM parts that I was looking for. My problem is I paid extra for the expedited shipping, My order was late so I called UPS, they told me to take it up with Partzilla. I called Partzilla customer service and they told me that expedited shipping can actually take up to 5 days, even though the order clearly states two day shipping. Be wary when ordering, they do scam customers with shipping to make extra money. They should be investigated by the FTC for fraud!

I ordered parts for my Seadoo on… I ordered parts for my Seadoo on 3/22/24. I was nervous because of some of the reviews and called them to cancel my order. The lady I spoke to said many of the bad reviews are due to back ordered items which they can’t help. I asked her to keep the order since all my items showed in stock. 3/25/24 all 3 items were on my porch and they were OeM original items. I have no complaints for Partzilla. Customer service was great, delivery was quick and items were perfect!!

Ordered a starter kit for Skidoo etec… Ordered a starter kit for Skidoo etec on 3 November. order number # 11-4708788. Delivery date of January 24th, 2023. Three months waiting period. Would appreciate updates every now and then. Takes forever to ship

18 year old Suzuki I ordered a front fender for my 18 year old suzuki JR50 and the new fender color didn't match. They sent me a return authorization and I sent the fender back. I received a full refund very quickly. They researched the fender that I needed based on the serial number so I could order the right color. The customer service has been excellent.

Deceptive Company Deceptive Company! Parts are not in stock like they say. I have ordered many parts from this site and every time there is an issue. Shame on me. Customer service does not exist. Shipping is a scam. Pay for expedited and you get basic ground. Avoid this site at all costs!
