Late shipments Purchased in-stock tires and installation. Company accepted payment immediately however did not ship the tires due to a 'technical glitch' and only after I called them a week later. Tires promised in a few days not delivered for 2 weeks and not in time for a planned road trip. Advise tracking order progress closely and reaching out immediately with any questions. A cluster f Couldn't place order from phone contacted support told to clear cookies and cache. Still didn't work. Tried to place order from pad, same issue, live chat, clear cookies and cache. Still didn't work. Moved to desktop. Placed order. Called installer this morning and they haven't received tires. Received email from TireBuyer yesterday they would be delivered by 8 pm last night. Now installer telling us they were delivered to wrong location and have to wait until Monday.

After completing my order and scheduling an installation appointment, they never contacted me, never sent a confirmation email, and never fulfilled my appointment. It's a good thing I took a screenshot of my order confirmation or i'd be in trouble. I've reached out to reschedule. We'll see how it goes from here. Don't expect a good or easy experience though. Update, after 3 times calling back, and 3 times supposedly scheduling new appointments, I never got a single email, no one ever showed up and I never got a tire. Avoid at all costs.

Will never buy from this company again Will never buy from this company again. Lied that they delivered tires and set up an appointment that cost me a days pay. Told tires got delivered late so no appointment. Called installer and told no tires were there. Got a phone call from someone in Kost corporate that said they were revaluing their relationship with company over their payments and delivery. Finally had tires delivered 2 weeks later and had them installed after waiting 1/2 hr past appointment set up tire. Going back to Tirerack.com from now on.

Employer Discount; Great Value I knew I'd need tires but wasn't expecting to buy tires in this season. After a sudden flat, I had to make a decision to replace one or all. Fortunately, a discount was presented with my employer for a small savings and an available rebate. Checkout was super easy and the options for installers and appointments were very flexible.
