GBLate shipments Purchased in-stock tires and installation. Company accepted payment immediately however did not ship the tires due to a 'technical glitch' and only after I called them a week later. Tires promised in a few days not delivered for 2 weeks and not in time for a planned road trip. Advise tracking order progress closely and reaching out immediately with any questions. Edited to reflect vendor reaching out to address.

GBI am unhappy with the overall… I am unhappy with the overall experience because the store didn’t realize that tire buyer pays for installation before hand. Maybe there should be some better communication between tire buyer and the store and maybe the guy behind the counter at the store was new and didn’t understand. But it took 15 20 minutes to get it all figured out. Am I going to have to call the store every time to confirm they got paid for the installation?

GBBad experience Have not had a good experience with Tirebuyer. First, my order was shipped late so I had to reschedule with one of their recommended installers, Pepboys. Then, Pepboys overbooked the day because their online scheduling system doesn’t work. I waited 4.5 hours to have my tires installed!! The kicker: TireBuyer knew about the scheduling issues with PepBoys and never did anything about it! No warning and still recommends them as an installer. Go with Tirerack.com instead and save yourself the hassle!!

GBEmployer Discount; Great Value I knew I'd need tires but wasn't expecting to buy tires in this season. After a sudden flat, I had to make a decision to replace one or all. Fortunately, a discount was presented with my employer for a small savings and an available rebate. Checkout was super easy and the options for installers and appointments were very flexible.

GBSimply awful. Avoid. Simply awful. 1. Cancelled order without notifying me. 2. Still waiting on refund. 3. Customer Service Reps barely know English. 4. Offered a "make-good" code that was worth less than promo offers already on site. 5. Lied about availability
