Will never buy from this company again Will never buy from this company again. Lied that they delivered tires and set up an appointment that cost me a days pay. Told tires got delivered late so no appointment. Called installer and told no tires were there. Got a phone call from someone in Kost corporate that said they were revaluing their relationship with company over their payments and delivery. Finally had tires delivered 2 weeks later and had them installed after waiting 1/2 hr past appointment set up tire. Going back to Tirerack.com from now on.

I am unhappy with the overall… I am unhappy with the overall experience because the store didn’t realize that tire buyer pays for installation before hand. Maybe there should be some better communication between tire buyer and the store and maybe the guy behind the counter at the store was new and didn’t understand. But it took 15 20 minutes to get it all figured out. Am I going to have to call the store every time to confirm they got paid for the installation?

My experience was a hot mess Ordered tires. Made installation appointment at installer. Received a confirmation that tires were delivered to installer. Showed up for 8am appointment the next day, no tires delivered to installer. Called Tirebuyer, tires were refused by installer, they don’t know why or when redelivery will occur. Was a giant mess. Asked for refund, 7-10 days for that. Went to Discount Tire, bought a set of better tires at a better price. Lesson learned.

This is my 2nd go at buying tires with… This is my 2nd go at buying tires with Tirebuyer . I’m an educational instructor which I like the company because of the teacher discount. Although there is a web tool the company uses called IDMe of which is a drawback. IDme ask to many personal questions. However, I reached out to the company customer support to let them know. I didn’t complete the IDme full question for but I did sign up. Short answer here from all this was the Tirebuyer support coordinator who was very supportive. Give this part of the company a high mark. Initiated a report so I might get the teacher discount. Though every little bit helps especially in this high interest cost of living. I will continue to look for quality tires and easy access through Tirebuyer. Just a good experience. The Teacher

The installer that was listed on the… The installer that was listed on the approved list of installers was horrible. The pep boys made my son wait over 5 hours yesterday and still didn't install the tires. Today we rescheduled and they said it would take all day. We finally got so frustrated we took the tires from them and had them installed at a discount tire.
