I am unhappy with the overall… I am unhappy with the overall experience because the store didn’t realize that tire buyer pays for installation before hand. Maybe there should be some better communication between tire buyer and the store and maybe the guy behind the counter at the store was new and didn’t understand. But it took 15 20 minutes to get it all figured out. Am I going to have to call the store every time to confirm they got paid for the installation?

After completing my order and scheduling an installation appointment, they never contacted me, never sent a confirmation email, and never fulfilled my appointment. It's a good thing I took a screenshot of my order confirmation or i'd be in trouble. I've reached out to reschedule. We'll see how it goes from here. Don't expect a good or easy experience though. Update, after 3 times calling back, and 3 times supposedly scheduling new appointments, I never got a single email, no one ever showed up and I never got a tire. Avoid at all costs.

Late shipments Purchased in-stock tires and installation. Company accepted payment immediately however did not ship the tires due to a 'technical glitch' and only after I called them a week later. Tires promised in a few days not delivered for 2 weeks and not in time for a planned road trip. Advise tracking order progress closely and reaching out immediately with any questions. Edited to reflect vendor reaching out to address.

My order kept getting delayed My order kept getting delayed. First they delayed it by two days and then another two days. Customer service seemed disorganized. The tire installer actually told me the tires were installed before Tire Buyer even told me they were delivered. At least they seemed sorry and gave me a discount for the hassle. If you need a reliable delivery date, I would avoid this company.
