SCAM COMPANY sells tires that they do not have in stock. Slow if any refund. They will print a ups label and say the tires are on the way. Weeks later they stick to that story. Scam company. Hard to get refund. STAY AWAY

Bad experience Have not had a good experience with Tirebuyer. First, my order was shipped late so I had to reschedule with one of their recommended installers, Pepboys. Then, Pepboys overbooked the day because their online scheduling system doesn’t work. I waited 4.5 hours to have my tires installed!! The kicker: TireBuyer knew about the scheduling issues with PepBoys and never did anything about it! No warning and still recommends them as an installer. Go with Tirerack.com instead and save yourself the hassle!!

It's been a pretty atrocious experience… It's been a pretty atrocious experience so far. After completing my order and scheduling an installation appointment, they never contacted me, never sent a confirmation email, and never fulfilled my appointment. It's a good thing I took a screenshot of my order confirmation or i'd be in trouble. I've reached out to reschedule. We'll see how it goes from here. Don't expect a good or easy experience though. Update, after 3 times calling back, and 3 times supposedly scheduling new appointments, I never got a single email, no one ever showed up and I never got a tire. Avoid at all costs.

My experience was a hot mess Ordered tires. Made installation appointment at installer. Received a confirmation that tires were delivered to installer. Showed up for 8am appointment the next day, no tires delivered to installer. Called Tirebuyer, tires were refused by installer, they don’t know why or when redelivery will occur. Was a giant mess. Asked for refund, 7-10 days for that. Went to Discount Tire, bought a set of better tires at a better price. Lesson learned.

Tire Buyer now coordinates with the installer. Tire Buyer has had competitive prices, good selection, and free delivery (quick too if you live close to a warehouse hub). But, they have stepped it up a notch by dialing in the installation process by incorporating that cost up front and confirming the schedule. In the past they lacked any coordination with the installer and you were likely to be hit with extra costs. Five stars for improving that critical last step.
