A cluster f Couldn't place order from phone contacted support told to clear cookies and cache. Still didn't work. Tried to place order from pad, same issue, live chat, clear cookies and cache. Still didn't work. Moved to desktop. Placed order. Called installer this morning and they haven't received tires. Received email from TireBuyer yesterday they would be delivered by 8 pm last night. Now installer telling us they were delivered to wrong location and have to wait until Monday.

Bad experience Have not had a good experience with Tirebuyer. First, my order was shipped late so I had to reschedule with one of their recommended installers, Pepboys. Then, Pepboys overbooked the day because their online scheduling system doesn’t work. I waited 4.5 hours to have my tires installed!! The kicker: TireBuyer knew about the scheduling issues with PepBoys and never did anything about it! No warning and still recommends them as an installer. Go with Tirerack.com instead and save yourself the hassle!!

2nd experience with TireBuyer.com and… 2nd experience with TireBuyer.com and they have the best deals combined with fast shipping! The installers have had my appointment correctly scheduled both times as well. I will continue to buy all my tires from them for sure! I work at a car dealership and their price still beats my employee discount.

This is my 2nd go at buying tires with… This is my 2nd go at buying tires with Tirebuyer . I’m an educational instructor which I like the company because of the teacher discount. Although there is a web tool the company uses called IDMe of which is a drawback. IDme ask to many personal questions. However, I reached out to the company customer support to let them know. I didn’t complete the IDme full question for but I did sign up. Short answer here from all this was the Tirebuyer support coordinator who was very supportive. Give this part of the company a high mark. Initiated a report so I might get the teacher discount. Though every little bit helps especially in this high interest cost of living. I will continue to look for quality tires and easy access through Tirebuyer. Just a good experience. The Teacher

Skeptical at first, but great experience I was skeptical at first when looking to purchase tires through my local tire shop and then I was directed to tirebuyer.com, but it all worked out seamlessly. The tires were delivered to the tire shop by the date indicated by tirebuyer.com. The only issue I didn't like was I had the option to choice an A.M. or P.M. appointment, but was then informed the tire shop did not make appointments; it's first come first served. Nonetheless, the end result of the process of ordering tires, free delivery, and having my tires mounted was easy.
