He made the process of trade-in and buying hassle-free and most importantly stress-free. He was able to lower our Monthly payment and decrease our fuel consumption; making our pre-owned purchase with peace of mind. I would recommend him to friends and seek his assistance in all future car endeavors. Lastly, he provide a fun experience for our small children during the car buying experience, he is now " uncle Kevin"

never make a deal bc they don't hold their end of it Bought a used 2015 Chevrolet equinox from wesley chapel Honda, at first everyone was great then once paper work was done service went down hill. We left with an empty gas tank, the finance deparment didn't hold their end of the deal, instead we were basically told we are saving 2000 dollars in the long run and to take the deal or get a higher interest rate. We had agreed to put 1000 down if they came down 1000 from the price our our vehicle they counteracted and said they would bring down the offer if we put 1210.70. We agreed and in the end they did not hold up their end of the deal or disclose they weren't going to either.

The experience was shockingly horrible! I went to the dealership for a service repair on my Honda Odyssey Elite. The service advisor was beyond amazing! However, I wanted to purchase a new Honda Civic Ex - L with Navigation and that is when the experience dramatically changed. Sorry we don't have the vehicle you want please go to our sister store in Tampa?!!!?! No numbers until I finally raised enough of a fuss. Then the service advisor gave me the sheet of paper with the numbers on it!!! The salesman didn't and I never even seen the manager!!! Very disappointed and trust me I'll be telling everyone that I know about how horrible of a sales experience it was.

Very Unacceptable and Unbelievable Wasn't even half way out my car before these clowns were asking me if i would trade in my car when i was only there for my mother getting her an already approved loan at x amount. No car was showed to us and they immediately tried to upsale a different loan to my mother when she already had a loan ready to be processed and agreed upon. Horrible service, greedy salesman that couldn't sale a free car, save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.

recommended unnecessary repairs I had maintained my car with the dealership where I purchased it, but brought my car in for an oil change to Wesley Chapel after moving to the area. They recommended several expensive repairs and told me the most crucial thing I needed to do was replace the lower containment arm bushings. I don't know what that is, but the mechanic stated it was cracked and needed to be replaced very soon at a cost of about $500. I later took my car back to the old dealership who thought it was strange that they hadn't noticed any wear in that area before. After having 2 separate mechanics inspect the car, they found no crack or any need to replace anything. I will not be going back to Wesley Chapel because I feel they tried to take advantage of me.
