GBrecommended unnecessary repairs I had maintained my car with the dealership where I purchased it, but brought my car in for an oil change to Wesley Chapel after moving to the area. They recommended several expensive repairs and told me the most crucial thing I needed to do was replace the lower containment arm bushings. I don't know what that is, but the mechanic stated it was cracked and needed to be replaced very soon at a cost of about $500. I later took my car back to the old dealership who thought it was strange that they hadn't noticed any wear in that area before. After having 2 separate mechanics inspect the car, they found no crack or any need to replace anything. I will not be going back to Wesley Chapel because I feel they tried to take advantage of me.

We had such a personable experience with Joey and we felt like we have known him for years. He is very honest and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him to anyone. He took the time to make sure we were happy and even talked to our teenage boy about his future schooling and baseball likings. We love our new Honda Civic Sport.

GBThe experience was shockingly horrible! I went to the dealership for a service repair on my Honda Odyssey Elite. The service advisor was beyond amazing! However, I wanted to purchase a new Honda Civic Ex - L with Navigation and that is when the experience dramatically changed. Sorry we don't have the vehicle you want please go to our sister store in Tampa?!!!?! No numbers until I finally raised enough of a fuss. Then the service advisor gave me the sheet of paper with the numbers on it!!! The salesman didn't and I never even seen the manager!!! Very disappointed and trust me I'll be telling everyone that I know about how horrible of a sales experience it was.

GBTook my auto in for repairs from an… Took my auto in for repairs from an encounter with an armadillo. Had a great experience with my service advisor, Mike. However, Bill James, the service manager did not follow-up on his commitment to me. He said he would get back to me regarding the cost of my repair, but did not. After leaving many messages on his voice mail, no response. The website talks about their core values. One says "Focused on strengthening customer relationships". Perhaps Bill needs to review those core values and then put them into action. When it comes time for me to purchase a new vehicle, I will remember those core values that were not followed and shop elsewhere.

GBLook here...First and Last! This was my initial experience at this dealership, and while looking for a new car has to rate as one of my least favorite things to do, this time it was different. The salesman, Ed Osborne, had me look at different models of cars and crossovers, from Civics, to the FIT, to HRV's to CRV's, and I elected to lease basically the same car as I'd previously had, a 2017 CRV. Surprisingly, this SUV has a better ride! Nice surprise there!!! The "deal" worked out well for me, and I'd recommend this dealership.
