Okay experience We got a great deal on the truck. Our sales person seemed a little out of touch and overwhelmed. He made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Once the truck was sold to us, it seemed like Wesley Chapel Honda wiped their hands of us and didn't seem eager to answer any further questions or concerns about the vehicle.

Dishonest dealer. Don’t buy a vehicle there My wife and I asked the salesman about a 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid. The price on the base model was 41 or 42K, plus tax and title. We asked for a comparison of the hybrid and the non-hybrid. Instead he brought back an itemization for the hybrid, at a 49.5% increase from what he said the base price would be. If that dealership pulled a stunt like that in China, the police would shut down their business. We will never shop there again.

Barely Tolerable The sale aspect of my purchase was pretty good. No real hassles. However, after the sale the nightmare begins. I will just say that they have the most unprofessional group of employees I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and I will take my business to ANY other dealership before I come back there.
