GBnever make a deal bc they don't hold their end of it Bought a used 2015 Chevrolet equinox from wesley chapel Honda, at first everyone was great then once paper work was done service went down hill. We left with an empty gas tank, the finance deparment didn't hold their end of the deal, instead we were basically told we are saving 2000 dollars in the long run and to take the deal or get a higher interest rate. We had agreed to put 1000 down if they came down 1000 from the price our our vehicle they counteracted and said they would bring down the offer if we put 1210.70. We agreed and in the end they did not hold up their end of the deal or disclose they weren't going to either.

GBBarely Tolerable The sale aspect of my purchase was pretty good. No real hassles. However, after the sale the nightmare begins. I will just say that they have the most unprofessional group of employees I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and I will take my business to ANY other dealership before I come back there.

GBGreat dealership and sales agent Really great experience looking at be options. Everyone was fantastic. Andy was an incredible sales agent/Honda expert. He knew his stiff, was honest and consistent. Took me three years to decide with multiple visits and test drives. Never got frustrated with me, and was always helpful, generous with his time and a very nice guy all around. I would highly recommend seeking Andy out of you pop by the dealership. Kurt my finance guy was awesome too, really great people and experience at this dealership. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

GBDishonest dealer. Don’t buy a vehicle there My wife and I asked the salesman about a 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid. The price on the base model was 41 or 42K, plus tax and title. We asked for a comparison of the hybrid and the non-hybrid. Instead he brought back an itemization for the hybrid, at a 49.5% increase from what he said the base price would be. If that dealership pulled a stunt like that in China, the police would shut down their business. We will never shop there again.
