Great salesman and helpful staff Tino my salesman was excellent. Helpful and not pushy and did everything he could to get me in a new car. The financing process was a nightmare at the beginning but when I changed to Brad to help with my financing he gave exceptional service. He is fantastic at his job and very knowledgeable. I would tell anyone looking for a car to go see these two gentlemen they will not give up till you drive away in the perfect car. Thank you Tino and Brad in fully satisfied in my purchase.

Okay experience We got a great deal on the truck. Our sales person seemed a little out of touch and overwhelmed. He made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Once the truck was sold to us, it seemed like Wesley Chapel Honda wiped their hands of us and didn't seem eager to answer any further questions or concerns about the vehicle.

We had such a personable experience with Joey and we felt like we have known him for years. He is very honest and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him to anyone. He took the time to make sure we were happy and even talked to our teenage boy about his future schooling and baseball likings. We love our new Honda Civic Sport.

Barely Tolerable The sale aspect of my purchase was pretty good. No real hassles. However, after the sale the nightmare begins. I will just say that they have the most unprofessional group of employees I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and I will take my business to ANY other dealership before I come back there.

Much Improved If you went to Wesley Chaple Honda in the past and didn't have a fantastic experience, you are not alone! But let me tell you, they have really stepped it up a notch! When you find the right salesman your whole experience changes! My husband and I bought/leased new cars back in December and we worked with Tony. I hate car shopping and wasn't seriously in the market but he made it as painless as possible and even pleasent! So of you're even considering a new/used car, do yourself a favor and check them out!
