14 PC Chrome Window Trim - 2024 Grand Highglander I am more than exceedingly disappointed in the product quality. I ordered a 14 pc chrome window trim for my new 2024 Grand Highlander. I had it professionally installed by a detailing company and they installed it perfectly. The pillars are great and fit perfectly, but the rest of the package trim is a disaster. The window surround is is flat, cheap looking and full of snags and saw marks on the finish. I sincerely doubt it was laser cut at all. It came pre-packaged and maybe Carid didn't produce it but bought it from a vendor and never looked at the product, but at a cost of over $300, I expected a much better product quality. I will not trust to buy from Carid again. Unfortunately, I cannot return as it is already installed on the car. I am happy to provide pictures of the snags and saw marks.

Spyder® PRO-JH-SI08-LBDRL-BK - Black Switchback LED DRL I recently bought and installed new Spyder headlights. However, after installation, I noticed that the Daytime Running Lights were not the C-lights as described in the product description. According to the description, the C-lights should be on during normal driving (DRL Bar) and the switchback function would activate during the blinker phase. Unfortunately, the C-lights do not turn on during the DRL phase, only during the low beam and parking light function phase. I must say that the headlights were packaged very well and delivered on time. When I contacted customer service, they replied quickly, but the representative was a bit short in answering my query. However, the response was informative as they stated that Spyder creates the information blurbs on the headlight ad, not CARID. Hence, if there is any misleading information, it is a SPYDER issue, not CARID. After giving it some thought, I decided to keep the headlights as I like the switchback blinker function, the look of the lights, as well as the overall quality.

This is our second purchase from… This is our second purchase from CarID/Spyder lighting. Both shipments were prompt and damage free although the packing could have been more thorough. There was a considerable amount of space left in the box that should've had void fill. Again, no damage, but you left most of the final condition up to UPS. I would be glad to discuss further based on my 20 years of experience in shipping and fulfillment, if you are interested.

Can we get zero stars Can we get zero stars? I place an order for a customer's vehicle over a week ago. Today I go to track ther order only to se that 1 they have canceled my order and 2 they still have my money. I called customer service to see I I could get some clarity and was told that the made a mistake on how much I was charged for shipping so they canceled my order all together. They didn't even take the time to call me to see if I would be willing to pay the difference do I could still get my parts on time. Never again these people have horrible customer care.
