CARiD is running an unethical business CARiD is running an unethical business. I ordered a simple replacement part, and no taxes, or shipping were shown, until I submitted my order. A twenty eight dollar part, ended up costing me more than sixty four dollars! I was unable to cancel my order. YOU GOT ME ONCE...YOU WON'T GET ME AGAIN!!!! And I know a LOT of people!!

terrible company to do business with. terrible company to do business with.. ordered tail lights specific for my truck, turns out the wiring harness doesnt match and attempted to send back... trying to charge me a restocking fee as well as shipping charges...

Excellent purchase! From beginning to end this was one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. Personal contact and a very good price. Wheels and tires mounted,balanced,and delivered in a seamless process. I cannot say enough good things about this purchase! Excellent Customer Service I had spent several days shopping for a few items that were difficult to find in budget. While asking Ed (in online customer service) at Carid about their first responder discounts, I was informed that the brand I was interested in did not participate in that or similar programs. However, Ed offered another discount that the manufacturer did allow and met my request for the purchase. I will continue to buy from Carid for customer service like this. Thank you, Ed and Carid! I’ll definitely be back. :) Ryan
