Can we get zero stars Can we get zero stars? I place an order for a customer's vehicle over a week ago. Today I go to track ther order only to se that 1 they have canceled my order and 2 they still have my money. I called customer service to see I I could get some clarity and was told that the made a mistake on how much I was charged for shipping so they canceled my order all together. They didn't even take the time to call me to see if I would be willing to pay the difference do I could still get my parts on time. Never again these people have horrible customer care.

This is our second purchase from… This is our second purchase from CarID/Spyder lighting. Both shipments were prompt and damage free although the packing could have been more thorough. There was a considerable amount of space left in the box that should've had void fill. Again, no damage, but you left most of the final condition up to UPS. I would be glad to discuss further based on my 20 years of experience in shipping and fulfillment, if you are interested.

Excellent Customer Service I had spent several days shopping for a few items that were difficult to find in budget. While asking Ed (in online customer service) at Carid about their first responder discounts, I was informed that the brand I was interested in did not participate in that or similar programs. However, Ed offered another discount that the manufacturer did allow and met my request for the purchase. I will continue to buy from Carid for customer service like this. Thank you, Ed and Carid! Hardware does not come with the mounts The mount itself was very good quality but was missed informed about the bolts i was told that they came with the mount but they didn't

terrible company to do business with. terrible company to do business with.. ordered tail lights specific for my truck, turns out the wiring harness doesnt match and attempted to send back... trying to charge me a restocking fee as well as shipping charges...
