GBCaution Caution, this company uses deceptive marketing practices. Their website shows items sold in "kits" and uses pictures that show more items than what are included in the kit. They separately list what is included in the kit which may or may not include everything pictured. Their answer to this: "The pictures are only for reference, we list what's included." Deceptive practice. Be sure to read the description carefully and do NOT trust the pictures. You're out of luck if you don't read what's included carefully.

CAMoney Grabbing Scammers Since CarId in essence just stole every penny from me they could, I have no choice but to make sure nobody else falls into their trap. They have a very convenient return policy which essentially means regardless of whether they send you what you asked for, or even the correct part at all, your odds of ever getting your money back are slim to none. They guaranteed me several parts based off of the VIN for my car. Naturally I felt safe in completing my order since the VIN is a pretty safe way of providing your cars details. The parts arrived (in a damaged box) however the parts appeared correct by all means, so I proceeded with the installation. Only to find that the parts they had sent me were either for the wrong vehicle year, or were of such terrible quality that they were never going to fit to begin with. Upon contacting the company they did nothing but direct me to their return policy stating that anything that has been opened and even attempted to be installed is non-returnable, refundable, or warrants any customer service of any kind.

GBNever had a problem Never had a problem receiving order, return/cancel and item, or reaching out to customer service in a timely manner. Definitely my go to store if the have the item I need on their site.

GBCan we get zero stars Can we get zero stars? I place an order for a customer's vehicle over a week ago. Today I go to track ther order only to se that 1 they have canceled my order and 2 they still have my money. I called customer service to see I I could get some clarity and was told that the made a mistake on how much I was charged for shipping so they canceled my order all together. They didn't even take the time to call me to see if I would be willing to pay the difference do I could still get my parts on time. Never again these people have horrible customer care.

GBHorrible horrible horrible customer… Horrible horrible horrible customer service!! I was promised my item would be here by a certain date which was delayed by over a week. Which I needed it here cause I was selling the car!!! So then I try to return and they tell me i can send it back but I won’t receive my refund cause of the shipping cost which I then offered to pay the shipping cost, then they proceeded to tell no, you still wouldn’t get a refund . So the best you could do is try sell it to someone else!!! Absolutely do not use this company they are a total joke, and not to mention it wasn’t even the correct item to being with!!! This company should be shut the heck down!!!!!
